The quiet location in a private road guarantees pure relaxation. A large south-facing terrace invites you to sunbathe, in addition, in the garden, a play area for your children and a beach chair available. The ground floor has a bathroom with shower and a sauna with a large glass door. From the bright hallway you enter the living-dining area with an open, modern kitchen. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped and has nothing to miss: dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, large fridge, coffee maker, Cafissimo capsule machine, toaster, kettle u. v.m ....
