Wonderful place to stay! Loved location & room was perfect, with everything you need. The lodge has everything.... Great pool, hot tub, laundry & a great room with fireplace & large TV. Beautiful views from balcony & also back of property. The host, Rick was wonderful with great communication.

This was an excellent place to stay for a short getaway. Communication from the host was particularly outstanding. This is located near all the attractions in Lincoln and has restaurants within walking distance. Right on the Kancamangus Highway it's only an hour over to North Conway and even closer to Franconia notch State Park.

Perfect Spot to Stay for Quick Ski Weekend

This studio was the perfect spot for me to ski 2 days. It had close food spots at night I could walk to, shuttle service to Loon mtn, and was very comfortable and clean!

Great place to stay. Was so clean and comfortable for me, my husband, and our 3 year old. The location was amazing and within walking distance of a few places which was helpful on a busy holiday weekend where parking was scarce. The river out back was so cool and our daughter loved checking it out. I would definitely stay again and plan to come back in the future.

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. We visited at the beginning of August 2026. There were, however, a few issues with the kitchen while we were there, which was frustrating as having a full kitchen was a primary factor in choosing this property. The dishwasher was broken (which our host knew about, but didn't let us know in advance), and with the sink being very small, having to hand wash everything throughout our vacation was disappointing. And the kitchen was missing items we needed (namely any baking dish/tray for the oven & a pot big enough to boil spaghetti), which we then had to figure out. The rest of the room was as pictured & described, with the other amenities being excellent as well.

First Trip to New England

Wife and I had an amzing week traveling around NH and Vermont and this location is amazing. We spent 2 days in Lincoln and will be back and stay here. The views and hiking were great and walking distance to restaurants was great. Rick makes everything easy. Thanks for everything,

Good stay

Our stay was good but I would def suggest some extra shelving or stands in the bathroom. There was no where to put any toiletries. It made it difficult for 2 women to get ready.
