About this property

Great location! Newly renovated open living, dining and kitchen area. Sliding glass doors open on to the screened porch with a beautiful view of the gulf! Two bedrooms - one with a king bed and built-in full size bunk beds - one with a king bed. Two full baths with washer and dryer. All new appliances. Plenty of parking for two cars.The house is located 1/2 block from the beach. The entire 2nd floor is yours to enjoy.

The entire 2nd floor, which is the main living area, is yours to enjoy.

There is a second, completely separate, 500 sq ft unit on the ground floor. The only shared space is parking. If you are interested in that area as well - please let us know so that we can work with you.

Great place

Clean and cute, perfect 2 minute walk to the beach. The property Managers are great and provide lots of little amenities. Overall loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood!

Short Seaside Stay

The girls and I loved the location of this property. We walked to the beach within a couple of minutes. The cart with beach toys was a delightful surprise! We felt safe during our stay, and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms for our trip. My favorite was coffee in the morning on the screened in porch while watching the waves roll in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. Our favorite was the screened porch!

Quiet beach…

…with easy access. Cart, chairs provided, excellently stocked kitchen. Great communication, nearby raw bar. Really could not have asked for more!

Great location! Just minutes from Port St. Joe's Reid Street where all the eateries and cute shops reside. Sliding glass doors open on to the screened porch with a beautiful view of the gulf! This newly renovated cottage is just 1/2 a block from one of the quietest beaches in the Port St Joe/Mexico Beach area. For family fun Panama City Beach is a quick 45-minute drive with lots of attractions and places to eat.
