Wonderful Place

The treehouse was the best ever. Nicer than a lot of 5 star hotels. Rain or shine it was the best. So peaceful. I can't wait to visit again.

The most amazing vacation experience ever!

Treehouse Mountain was an amazing place. It was very clean with great amenities. My family’s reaction when we arrived was the best moment, It was like we were kids in a dream. Treehouse Mountain did not miss a single thing, every thing that we could possibly need was there, we just had to bring groceries.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Rubicon. It was a beautiful, secluded, immaculate, and peaceful stop on our trip through Tennessee. It was a fabulous trip and I would highly recommend this unique experience.

Wonderful stay at Treehouse Mountain!

My family of four (plus two dogs) had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Rubicon Treehouse. This place was truly a kid and dog paradise! The property is beautiful and the treehouse is lovely and has everything you can need. The huge deck for eating meals surrounded by nature was gorgeous and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We had a wonderful time and can't recommend it enough.

Amazing calm

The Treehouse Mountain did not disappoint! The most amazing calming place to stay. Tom was so helpful every day in our Rubicon treehouse, building a fire for that wonderful cedar hot tub! The quiet serenity was exactly what we were hoping for, yet just a quick trip into McCaysville for fun shopping and great food! What an excellent stay.

An AWESOME place to stay!

This was a great getaway! The Rubicon is the neatest treehouse. Everything was super clean and the hosts went out of their way to provide everything we would need. They were very friendly and did a great job getting the hot tub ready. That is by far the best hot tub I’ve ever been in. We will be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Treehouse Mountain is such a beautiful place to stay! We were in the Rubicon and were blown away by the beautiful touches on the treehouse that made the stay magical for my kids. We spent plenty of time on the big porch and enjoyed walking through the woods behind the treehouse. The grounds of the property are so private and you really are out in nature. Layla and Tom were wonderful hosts- keeping firewood stocked and the hot tub warm. Thank you for making our family vacation special!

My wife and I really enjoyed the quite time we had at the Rubicon Treehouse..

Treehouse Mountain is a great place to experience a night or two sitting and sleeping amongst the tree limbs with the squirrels 😀 .. My wife and I loved the scenery and having the hot tub heated and waiting on us in the afternoon.. The owners were very nice and helpful with everything we ask for , except ice so be sure to bring what you need in coolers .. Also if you like Disc Golf be sure and try out their 18 hole course , it’s very challenging but very well done .. Hope to go back in the near future , highly recommend 😊 ..

A TRUE GEM!!!

My wife and I booked this for a getaway to really getaway and relax and this place did not disappoint at all. Although we chose to relax, the area had plenty to do if you choose to do so. It was very clean, comfy, and as quiet as a place I have ever been in in my life. Lalya and the family are so pleasant to deal with; they just made us feel so welcome on their amazing property. We will be back and look to rent out all 4 cabins for a family trip, the place is AMAZING!!

Sixth year at Treehouse Mountain - can’t wait for the 7th

We’ve been coming to Treehouse Mountain for six years now, generally spending a week. This year we booked Rubicon and Stamish Castle because we were traveling with two friends, their toddler, and dog. Rubicon is wonderful as a base of operations for meals (I love cooking on the Blackstone!) and socializing, while both offer comfortable accommodations for hanging out and sleeping. The wood fired hot tub at Rubicon is also a great, relaxing feature. Tom, Elke, and Layla offer outstanding hospitality, and we’ve loved getting to know them over the years.

Amazing setting with very accommodating hosts

The property is beautiful and secluded. Just the right amount of privacy. The hosts were amazing. They gave us plenty of space while being very prompt and accommodating in every way. The treehouse was beautiful, an amazing work of art in itself, and very clean when we arrived. Very well thought out space. The hot tub was the cherry on top. Overall it was a great trip and we will be back!

Absolutely perfect!

Our stay at Treehouse Mountain in The Rubicon was fantastic in every possible way! The manager and owners were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. The treehouse exceeded our expectations by having everything we'd possibly need for our visit, and when we had questions, they were answered quickly. There was plenty in the area to keep us busy, but not TOO busy... which was ideal for our relaxing time away from the bustle of daily life. We highly recommend staying at Treehouse Mountain!

A symphony of silence peppered with natures sounds.

One thing you immediately notice is the sounds. There’s a soundtrack of its own: the birds singing, insects buzzing, acorns falling from the trees. The stillness between those sounds is what makes it powerful—you feel removed from the rush of daily life.

Rubicon stay

Vacation in privacy amongst the trees. The Treehouse Mountain folks provided us with all the essentials for a luxury treehouse stay. You decide how you want to spend your time. You can keep busy playing games or going hiking or you can just relax in the hot tub or lounge outside in one of the adirondack chairs and enjoy nature, with or without a campsite fire. We had a great time and plan to return with the rest of the family.

The BEST Treehouse Getaway!

This was hands down one of my husband and my favorite vacations ever. We loved every second of staying at the treehouse and our two pups loved it just as much! Everything exceeded expectations and everyone there was so nice and welcoming! We enjoyed getting to meet and hang out with Tom and Chica, they were awesome! Layla was incredible with recommendations for things to do in the area and made our stay even more special! We are already looking forward to booking this trip again for next year and making it and yearly thing. This was such a special trip and we loved it so much!

Wonderful Memories Made!

We had a wonderful stay at Treehouse Mountain with our 5-year-old and 3-year-old boys! From living in a tree house for three nights to building a fire and roasting smores every night, this will be a trip that we always look back on with such wonderful memories. When you have little children, often times a vacation does not feel like a vacation. I can say this was truly one of the most relaxing trips we have had with our kids. The freedom for them to be able to walk around and explore was such a gift. I would highly recommend this trip for families with young kids.
