Step inside where you’ll be greeted by classic mountain charm with its wood paneling and rustic interior. Kick up you feet and relax on the plush sofa as you warm up in front of the wood burning stove. A mounted flatscreen T.v is perfect for watching your favorite sports team or enjoying family movie night. Right off the living room, you’ll find the open concept kitchen with the perfect amount of space for cooking up delicious meals. A coffee pot and keurig are also conveniently provided for you so you don’t miss out on that morning cup of coffee. Seating for four can be found at the round dining table.

Head outside to the back deck for some much needed fresh air. Access can be found through a set of sliding glass doors off the dining room. Once outside you’ll find plenty of seating space to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. A natural gas grill gives you the option to cook up delicious steaks while enjoying the surrounding scenery. This home is pet friendly, so bring your four legged family member along to enjoy the spacious backyard. End your day by soaking in the hot tub under the stars.

When it’s time to settle down for the night head back inside where you’ll find 3 bedrooms design with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom includes a plush king size bed, mounted flatscreen T.v and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with a bathroom right out the door. The loft is the last bedroom and also includes a queen size bed with an additional futon bed.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
