A perfect escape across the street from Lake Pagosa, this townhome/duplex will be just the place to kick back and relax here in Pagosa Springs. Every guest will fall in love with the high ceilings, spacious layout, and expansive deck right outside, as every space is designed with entertaining in mind! Come summer, fire up the gas grill and treat everyone to some delicious burgers or hot dogs as you sip a cold drink in the fresh air. When the chillier months arrive, the fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas range and all of the appliances of home, so the chef of the group can prepare a tasty recipe with ease as the rest of the group cozy up next to the warmth of the gas fireplace. Not to mention, the free WiFi, Roku flatscreen TV, and ample board games can keep the whole gang entertained as the stars come out!

Clean Home with Lake Access

Clean home with nice amenities; view of Pagosa Lake and easy kayak access made it exactly what we wanted. Great front deck, and clean garage for storage of our small utility trailer, kayak, and bikes was perfect. Very enjoyable, would stay here again. Thanks to the owner.

This was a great place. We had four in our group and thought the place was well taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and kitchen gadgets. It had three types of coffee makers. A HUGE plus for us. We always bring a French press, just in case the house doesn't have a reliable way to make our morning juice. They had a coffee maker, keurig, and French press. That is AWESOME. Easy location to town. Saw wildlife from the windows.

Nice location and great views

House was clean and stocked well. The location was great, neighbors are friendly. Only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars is because both upstairs screen doors are broken and almost impossible to open and close. The beds were hard as a rock. Those are my only complaints. Agin, nice house for the price and location.

Wonderful townhouse!

We had a very relaxing, fun, and quiet weekend at The Lakeview Escape! A beautiful lake is right across the street. It was so comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We went hiking to a waterfall, toured a mine, and went kayaking. This is the perfect location for so many fun activities. This townhouse was very clean and well kept. The bed was so comfortable. We loved waking up and seeing the tall pines trees in the skylight above the master bedroom. There is tons of room for the whole family as well.
