Summary:

New Construction with A/C, wifi, garage and great access to ATV trails!



The Space:

This is the perfect getaway vacation home when you are visiting the Black Hills!  Located east of Sturgis - between Sturgis and Rapid City, it has great access and has direct access to the ATV trails.  It is located close to the interstate for easy access. Lots of parking, and great amenities make this a wonderful choice whether you are coming to do some sightseeing or join in the many activities the area has to offer.



This 2 level home has been completely remodeled - walk in to the main level with an open floor plan - kitchen, dining area and living room.  There's a walk-out to the deck and patio furniture, 1 full baths, 1 half-bath and 3 bedrooms on the main level.  One with a King bed and 2 with queen size beds.  The lower level has 2 living areas - one with a gas fireplace and the other side with a Foosball table and flat screen TV.  There are Queen size bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole house and the garage.



The Neighborhood:

This is a great location - between Sturgis and Rapid City. There is a gas station about 1 mile away and it has direct access to the ATV trails from there.



Getting Around:

You can call taxis to get around in this area.



Other Things to Note:

The house has been completely remodeled inside with new flooring, new trim and paint, all new furniture.



This house does allow up to 3 dogs - please let us know if you are bringing dogs. There is a $75 fee per dog.

We don`t meet our guests but we do communicate through email, text and phone.

We had some issues when we first got there with their housekeeping services that were a bit frustrating but that was our only concerns and they did try to accommodate as they could. Great place to stay and did get timely responses to concerns.

Wonderful location & easy to find

Mixed group of 4 families stayed. Plenary of rooms and spacious. Comfortable! Good views and able to pick sit to relax. Would stay again!

The Ranch House 2025

The Ranch House was perfect for our stay. We stayed here as a baseball team that had tournaments in Rapid City. The house provided plenty of room and space for our team. We usually travel and stay in hotels. This home was far better. It provided us space to stretch out and we could make meals at the house instead of the boys having to eat fast food for every meal. The boys really enjoyed their stay here!

I’m a host home provider

Very nice place and nice location. I would recommend it to anyone. There was a couple things that was damaged when we arrived a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom downstairs, a knob was laying on the deck that was off the grill, writing on the wall in one of the bedrooms in the basement

Weekend stay for a family wedding

The house is a very nice place to meet up with others. It worked out great for our family with a weekend wedding nearby . We had some minor issues but texting the number given to us helped us with everything.

The place could have been a little cleaner - bathtub was not clean. When looking for toys in the couch it had looked like they have not cleaned under the cushions in a long time.

A great family vacation

We had such a great time in the black hills and this house contributed great to this incredible vacation. It was everything and more of what we expected. Bedrooms were large enough for adults and infants/toddlers to be in the same room. We had 10 adults and 5 children under 4 years old and we had plenty of space. Bathrooms were as you would expect and kitchen area accommodated all the cooks that needed to be there. The back deck allowed our outdoor focused family to be outside together during nap time and enjoy the fresh air together. We loved our stay so much that we called and asked for another night which was granted. I would highly recommend this place and this company. They were upfront and honest. They were great at communicating with us and they did exactly as they said they were going to do.

Uncleanliness

The accommodations and location were good but the inside of the house wasn’t cleaned after last tenants. Under beds very dirty, dryer FULL of lint, outside grill grossly dirty, floors dirty, last tenants left condiments, WiFi was turned off and basement bathroom closet full of dirty towels . We will not be recommending this property to any family and friends.

Candace - this is very upsetting because we didn't get any calls from you during your stay. The house was cleaned prior to your arrival and the condiments left were ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise which some guests appreciate. Wifi is never turned off but sometimes you may need to reset a router while you are staying there. It's too bad you stayed for 3 nights without reaching out to us - we are always available to our guests.
