Situated a stones throw from the Tannenbaum lodge at Holliday valley, this unique cabin is not only perfectly located to walk to and from the ski slopes and a short 3 minute drive to the heart of town. It’s well appointed with some true rustic charm. The main floor with dueling fire places and living rooms is a perfect place to unwind with family and friends after a long day of skiing or hiking. Dean was an excellent host, communication was prompt. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Access to the slopes was great with excellent views. We all had a wonderful time. Would stay again.

Wonderful location and perfect for ski getaway

Amazing views of the sloes and very nice, unique interior that gives you a cabin feel. Host was extremely responsive at all times and place was exactly as described. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

Perfect weekend stay

The cabin was a perfect location for a ski weekend with friends from out of town. We had a larger group, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was well equipped, we would definitely stay here again!

A+ view and location

Fantastic spot for going skiing or enjoying Ellicottville, lots of beds and well spread out for privacy. Deck and hottub were amazing with a perfect view of the slopes especially at night. Really good space to hang out with several sitting areas and a nice tv. WIFI worked well, kitchen was well stocked. Pictures in listing represent the property very well, what you see is what you get. Owner was VERY nice to work with and communication was excellent, thanks so much for the stay!

Great view, and cozy

Our group’s 15th year spending MLK in Eville. Loved the location, the lived-in coziness of the house. Great spot to let the kids come and go from the slopes, while watched the Bills game! The main level was a great hangout spot for both adults and teens. The house is very dated, which is extremely common for the area, but also limits functionality. Carpet in bathroom, antique oven, main floor toilet doesn’t really flush, etc. We had a couple issues, which I would hope would be ironed out for future rentals. Wi-Fi wasn’t posted anywhere. Lots of cobwebs and dusty corners. And, the hot tub was putrid… a major reason we chose the property.

This home is a true gem of Ellicottville, I had the privilege of purchasing it from a family friend. This homes design style paired with its proximity to the ski slopes of holiday valley and the underrated town offers the perfect get away for the ultimate ski or summer weekend in the outdoors to unplug and create lasting memories.

What makes this property unique

The location is truly un matched, having the ability to beat the rush on parking and be able to roll out of bed have your coffee and still be first in line for first chair makes this home the property to rent come ski season.
