2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Lagoon Front Townhouse in Key Largo which sleeps up to 6. It was renovated in 2020. Dockage for boats up to 45 feet. Free use of the Boat Ramp. Free Trailer Parking. We have 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a 4.5 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish. The Jetty extends 1,000 feet into the ocean for fishing and beautiful sunsets. We provide a golf cart, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, fishing equipment, tennis equipment, pool & beach floats, etc... Restaurants are within walking distance.


THIS PROPERTY IS CLEANED AND SANITIZED TO CURRENT CDC STANDARDS.

The host was very personable and welcoming! We appreciated the tour he gave us of the grounds, he was easily reachable via phone and he was friendly to give us recommendations on restaurants and activities to do around the area.We did have trouble getting our golf cart to start, but he was quick to address the issue and even gave us his personal golf cart to use while they attempted to fix the other one which was awesome.

Property is located in a beautiful location steps from a fish laden saltwater lagoon and 2 relaxing pools. A wonderful way to begin each day!

It's was an awesome place to stay clean and homey with lots of stuff to do Norman was very nice and helpful and very informative we enjoyed our stay and will return if we come back to key largo... The pools were heated and clean spent a lot of time in them went snorkeling in the lagoon over all it was an awesome place for vacation..

Great condo, great location, great host

The condo is in a great spot within the complex; it’s close to the lagoon and one the pools. It’s also in a great location in Key Largo; it’s walking distance or a very short drive to many good restaurants. We loved having use of the cart, fishing gear, chairs, etc. Our host Norman was very attentive and responsive.

So Many Toys! Great private complex

Norman the host is super informative and goes above and beyond. The golf cart and bikes made it fun to check out the neighborhood, and visit seafood markets and restaurants without the car. The lagoon is unique with tropical fish, and ocean views are great down at the point.

Nice stay.. Norman was quite infomative

Nice stay, location was good steps from a pool and a lagoon and the amenities were plenty and Norm even ensures you know where everything is and how to access. The second bath is small but a nice bonus. Norman even got us a discount at the Dolphin Responder location right down the road to swim with the dolphins Amazing . Check out was easy with Diane the cleaner.

fun in the sun

The lagoon and pool were awesome. Feeding fish in the lagoon and snorkeling in it is lots of fun and also paddleboarding in it. The golf cart helped to move the paddle board to the lagoon. Lots of iguanas and geckos around also.

Property location and amenities were great and use or Norms tools such as golf cart and pickleball tools. Property was dated but overall experience was 4 stars. Will visit again but will stay in larger and newer unit.

Norman was very helpful, informative, funny, responsive, and friendly. Pics of the condo looked bigger than in real life. Small shower/bathrooms. Mattress pads and pillows stained, some dust and mold spotted. Great location, had everything we needed.

It would be excellent across the board. Only negative was parking or lack there of. I had to park my vehicle completely across the complex due to no assigned parking. And multiple vehicles per rental.
