Neat, clean, and close to downtown. Bike trails nearby, walking distance to most things we needed. Well managed, owner pretty much thought of everything. Would definitely stay again.
It is a cozy property within walking distance to the historical downtown Yuma district. In addition, it is close to a number of other areas that interested us. We explored the East and West Wetlands trails a number of times. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.
