Perfect set up with pool and fenced backyard

The house is great…everything you need for the beach including plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a wagon and some kids floaties and chairs. House was clean and communication with manager was seamless.

Place was amazing, great location, easy drive from airport, close to Siesta Key beach, close to grocery stores, restaurants and so much more! Communication was travel agency was good if you called her. Delayed responses are VRBO messaging. Once I got a hold of her she was amazing and accommodated to all of our needs! Thanks for a great vaca! Memories were made for sure and would love to go back!

Great location, Well equipped, Some cons

This house has all of the ingredients for the perfect rental with a little more effort. The location is very close to Siesta Key which is great. Plenty of shopping and dining within a bike ride or walk. It is one street over from a main road and auto repair shop although the noise inside is minimal. We arrived and the pool was low. The owner immediately got someone out to the property but it was too late. The pool water temp was too hot for us to enjoy (90+) and the pool person had to shock the pool so we couldn't use it for 2 out of the 4 days of our stay. The back rooms were hot. We used one of the box fans to blow A/C into those rooms and it helped, without the fan it would have been miserable. They have plenty of beach supplies and everything you could need for your stay. It was clean but could have been a lot cleaner (hair in shower drains, dirty rugs, couches, chairs, etc.) The dishwasher doesn't drain all the way so when you open it smells. We enjoyed our trip and with a few changes this would be a great spot.
