Summary:
Lakeside Suite #5 Is a Skiers Paradise with Spectacular Lakeview's + Direct Beach access! Property shared Hot Tub! FREE Tart North shore transportation to Northstar! Perfect location, in Kings Beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, Short walking distance to Everything!! Shops, restaurants, etc.. Tesla charging. It's a short drive to resorts like Northstar, Diamond Peak, Squaw Valley, Alpine, and Mt. Rose.

Enjoy the Views, Comfort and Convenience at Lakeside Studios. It's home base for Lake Tahoe adventure's.

The Space:
Unit #5 is a ground level unit with a spectacular lakeview! It includes electric fireplaces, 4k Smart TVs, custom cabinetry, small work station and contemporary kitchenettes (with coffee, tea, and hot cocoa) and onsite parking for one vehicle per suite, with a Tesla charging station. Featuring soft and supportive mattresses with hypoallergenic Tencel bedding and organic pillows in a variety of firmness levels, all created exclusively for Lakeside Suites.

Guest Access:
A WiFi-enabled key-less entry lock makes for easy coming and going.

Getting Around:
The TART bus stops at Hotel California for transportation to local ski resorts, Truckee, and around the lake.

Other Things to Note:
Parking is limited in the front parking lot but there is public parking at the beach behind the building. Due to limited space in the main lot, please limit yourself to one vehicle per suite. Please also note that parking is first come first serve and we aren't responsible for how other guests park (i.e. a motorcycle taking a full car spot, double parked, too much space in between vehicles, etc.).

Interaction with Guests:
Each studio suite is self sustaining and there isn't a 24 hour staff on site. We do our best to maintain rooms in between guests. I do not live in Kings Beach, so any repair or maintenance will be at the dependence of an available handyman's schedule. The customer service team and myself are as available as we can be to answer any questions, comments, or concerns. Please send all communication via the booking channel. It will be the easiest way to reach us.

Great views on the lake.

We had a great stay. Skied Northstar and heavenly Enjoyed coming back to lakeside Are dog , diamond enjoyed the stay also. Nothing fancy, but clean and safe and good area to explore Lake Tahoe.

Quick getaway

Overall great stay for a quick trip. Great access to the lake and even though it was at times full it was no where near as packed as other locations on the lake.

Cute little studio

What I loved most about this place was the caretaker on site, he helped us park in the very small parking area and also gave us pointers about parking. Loved the keyless entry and everything was secure. The studio was comfortable enough for two adults and our small dog. There is no AC, however a tall cooling fan is available . The one negative is the queen bed sinks in on both sides and in my opinion needs to be replaced. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a nice place to stay.

Great little get-a-way

Great spot and darling little casitas that come with a well stocked kitchenette and huge bonus you can bring your fur children too! Awesome beach access and easy check in and out. Great communication from hosts. Location is in the heart of kinds beach! A 5 min walk to the grocery store, a variety of restaurants and coffee shops! Caution in winter the sidewalks are less accessible for walking. Two flags are the bed and pillows are not comfortable. The mattress sinks on either side the pillows are super thin. Also if you are looking for tranquil the setting is but if you are in a downstairs unit be prepared to here other guests walking up and down the stairs at all hours of the night and day (if you are in your room)

Right on the beach.

We had a good stay. Owner and property manager had excellent communication. We had some minor issues over some of the room equipment but Kevin and Melinda went above and beyond with communication and follow up. Room and bathroom decorated nicely. Shower and bathroom new design. We were in a lower unit so our view of the beach was obscured by a van that was there 24-7 parked. The van finally moved the last day we were there. (I didn’t tell the owner that). Like another review said if you are in a lower unit you will hear the guests above you walking around. Upper rooms have a nice deck next to it. Next time I’d book for upper rooms for views and not having people above you. Jacuzzi was clean and new (we requested it be cleaned again owner was on top of it) over all good stay!

Great location, unannounced construction during stay

The property was really cute. I stayed Sunday through Thursday. While I loved the location and the unit I was in particularly worked well overall, there was construction going on while I was there that wasn’t announced to me ahead of time. The biggest issue I had was the materials and trash left around the property. Boxes stacked on top of the hot tub and trash and building materials left in the hall you take out to the beach. I asked the host about the materials on top of the hot tub. I never received a response. In fact, I only ever received the preprogrammed messages from the host. No personal responses to messages I sent.Hopefully the construction will be done soon and this won’t be an issue for future guests. I would have been more okay with it if it was announced to me ahead of time. The hot tub should have been able to be used. I wasn’t going to move packages that weren’t mine off the cover of the tub.
