We own a General Contracting company specializing in high end renovations and additions in north Scottsdale, AZ. We have four grandkids here in Eagle and four more in Scottsdale. And we are hoping for more in the Dallas area!

We fell in love with this property at first sight! It is a perfect size in a perfect location. Our cul de sac location in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for quiet relaxation while being close to lots of activities including shopping, hiking and great restaurants.
What makes this property unique
This home is part of the Lakeland Village subdivision that is a beautiful upscale community with numerous lakes and a variety of homes ranging from $500,000 to over $2,000,000. The lakes are all fed by the Boise River that runs immediately adjacent to our community. The river is the center point of a huge greenbelt with over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails. We can be on the river in a 5-minute walk from our home.
