*POOL and SPA:
Pool and Spa usages are monitored during your stay and you should contact the host to turn on and off the equipment remotely. To fail to do so will result in us having to assess additional charges and security deposit forfeiture.

The host can heat the pool up to four times per month upon guest request. Pool heating is available for an additional $200 per day for guests who require heating more than four times a month. Spa can be reasonably heated and no charge to heat it for 3 hours per day up to three times a week.

Adults must ensure safety for their kids by always being present and attentive. Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
