Fantastic

Best VRBO I have ever stayed at. We don’t eat out much and the amenities to cook and eat were top notch. The beds were super comfortable and the location was great. Would only stay here if I come back to Phoenix.

Great stay!

Booked the house for two of us to attend a conference. Great communication from the host from the time of booking until we checked out. House was just as in the pictures. Very well kept and very clean! Easy check in and we were able to get in a few hours early. Some much-appreciated snacks on the counter and some beverages in the fridge. Beds were very comfy! Great place to relax after the day's activities. I would definitely stay here again!

Family gathering

We loved our stay. The weather was beautiful and we took advantage of the lovely pool, cozy sauna and fun putting green. The house was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable for our family. It was also centrally located with convenient access to the airport, downtown and Tempe.

Perfect

We enjoyed staying at this house. The host had a guest book that explained everything about the house. I loved the details that were given in the book. Our favorite thing was the pool and the speakers that play music throughout the house. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this house. It was very close to the baseball field and also the casinos. Once again thank you Ben and Paula for everything !

Holy moly!! Super convenient to EVERYTHING!!

In town for wife’s grad school graduation from GCU, we were only 10 minutes from airport, 15 from campus, 15 from botanical gardens, 5 from interstate. Place was awesome in regards to being easy to get to/from anywhere!!Safeway only 2 minutes away for groceries.Every bed in the place was comfy, great water pressure, TV’s in every room, fully stocked coffee bar and spice rack!Bought sunblock, then realized there was a whole basket of it there for us!Communication before, during, and after was some of the most prompt I’ve ever experienced during a VRBO rental!!

Enjoyable stay. Conveniently close to downtown. Relaxing dip in the heated pool and fun playing golf. Too short on time to try the sauna but overall very comfortable relaxing stay.

Great location near the airport

We stayed 1 night before our morning flight, great location. Beds were comfortable.We enjoyed being able to make dinner using the BBQ instead of staying in a hotel. Communication with owner was quick.

NASCAR Race Trip

Beautiful Property!

Very clean house and beautiful backyard! Perfect for a get-away weekend! TV's are all smart TV's, comfortable beds and awesome pillows! We hung out in the pool and played some put-put golf. Was very relaxing. AAA+++++

Great place to stay, would highly recommend

Had a great time with my family at this place near south mountain. Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Loved using the putting green and pool every night! The grill was clean and had a full tank of propane for us, which is not common! They really take care of their guests.

Unforgettable stay

Me and some friends stayed here for a few days. The house was walking distance to essential amenities. Gorgeous house overall and stunning backyard. We had a blast here and would definitely come back in the future. Also the Host was quick to respond when we had any questions. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Phoenix.

Amazing house perfect for golf/friends trip!

The place was great. The pool/sauna/putting green were awesome to hangout with friends. We went on a buddies golf trip so this was perfect. Bedrooms were separate and had large beds if you had to share. Kitchen was great to cook meals. The area close to the neighbourhood was a little sketchy and the uber was 20-30 min to the bars. But none of that really affected the stay at all. Overall amazing experience

Perfect oasis getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The backyard was the perfect oasis for us to get out of the Minnesota winter for a week. We enjoyed the pool and mastered our putting game on the green. They had everything we needed to grill which was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Living room was very comfortable, as was the bed. Our dog loved the freedom of being able to run free in the backyard. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Everything We Needed…and more!!!

House was simply marvelous!!! 4 days in record breaking heat and it was a breeze with the swimming pool and covered patio with ceiling fans! Generously stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, spices) comfortable bedrooms and great living room and dining room. Inside and out, just fantastic. We will return again!!!

Very nice!

Stayed here for 2 nights while on an arizona road trip vacation. This home is as described. It accommodated my family 5 perfectly (2 40 yr olds, 2 75 year olds and a 17 yr old). The pool was awesome. Was able to cook meals without need for anything. Thanks paula, home was fantastic! Great value!

Hidden gem in PHX

Paula's place was in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to the airport, downtown, several golf courses and a grocery store. Beds were very comfortable, great lighting both in living area and bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen pots, pans and ample dishes and glassware. Nice whole house sound system. Back yard was nice with putting green w/clubs & balls, sauna was great. She even supplies extra swim trunks if you forget yours. Would definitely stay here again.

Phoenix fun in the sun

The pool was excellent, mini putting green was fun, and the sauna was a nice option to enjoy. The house was beautiful, beds were comfortable, I would suggest some extra seating around the main table (even some folding chairs available if possible). Also, a couple throw blankets to use for movie night would be helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful property and easy communication with property manager and I would recommend to others.

Camelback and Piestewa

Very close to the airport, which was nice given that we didn't arrive until closer to 10p (midnight for us coming from MI). Love the use of the access code lock - super simple. Although we weren't at the house much, the pool, putting green, and sauna were nice to use when we were there. Camelback, Old Town Scottsdale, and Piestewa were all about 30 minutes away, which wasn't too bad. Thanks for your hospitality!
