Beachfront spectacular Kailua beach

Aloha from Kailua; we must do a 30-day minimum on our rental home until otherwise noted. Please don’t let this affect where you wish to vacation. Although I have to rent in a 30-day minimum this is not normally 1st through the 30th. Calendar not always reflecting this so please contact on availability. I will discount your stay accordingly. Please email me beforehand so we can make your vacation or event possible on Kailua beach. Kailua beach is a well-known spot to watch spectacular sunrises and, once or twice a month, enjoy watching the full moon rise out of the sea. The full moon rise has a unique bright orange glow. This beach villa is the perfect romantic island getaway. The views of the Mokulua islands can be enjoyed from your sprawling backyard, in a hammock under the palms.

Beautiful property and Lonnie is a wonderful host!!

This beachfront property is perfect for a nice relaxing time with family and friends. The yard is large and beautiful, great for hosting or sunbathing. Lonnie was a great host, had wonderful suggestions on sights and local grub. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Excellent stay at Kailua Beach house!

Location, location, location… Very convenient beach house right on Kailua Beach. Plenty of space inside to relax with friends and family. Large yard for catching the sun or bbq. Short walk straight onto the sand and perfect white sandy beach with warm ocean with small waves. Just down the street from famous Kalapawai Market and Kailua Beach Park. Comfortable AC, fast Wi-Fi for the kids and infrequent zoom work calls as well as big screen tv for the World Cup. Quick 30 min from airport and Waikiki, hour to North Shore. This stay delivered exactly what our family wanted for Thanksgiving. Thank you Lonnie for your hospitality and convenience. We’d love to visit again with our family in the future!

Location and experience

My family and I just returned from this beautiful home last week. We had a great time and absolutely loved staying at this property. The location is perfect. The house has a large, private property right on the beach. The beach is beautiful. White sand, clear water and gentle waves that are perfect for swimming. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the short walk to town where the market, restaurants and shops were. The manager of the property was available, helpful and very accommodating. We loved staying at this property and will return again. What a location!!!

I believe in, and promote heathy living so if you are interested in a active vacation with a fitness aspect I’m excited to help. We can provide private or class settings at local club for yoga, dance, boot camp, boxing, weightlifting, paddle boarding etc.

Why they chose this property

Kailua is small town living on a tropical island, with amazing beaches. Most people say the best on Oahu! This particular location on the beach is the best place to watch full moon risings. A spectacular glow of colors Hawaii has to offer between the sun, moon and our famous rainbows and you can witness all this from your backyard chair or hammock under a palm tree.

What makes this property unique

Very private and yet within walking distance to everything for vacation living.
Restaurant’s, cafe’s, gym’s, Wholefoods, Target, surf shops, etc.

Our huge backyard privately set back off beach separated solely by tropical trees, native Hawaiian plants making the perfect wedding or family reunion party setting. We’ve hosted many events. Inquire if having event so pricing may be adjusted as such.
