Make your Hilton Head vacation dreams come true at 1 Willow Oak West! This recently renovated 3 bedroom and 3 full bathroom home is situated in the heart of Sea Pines. It has easy access to the endless bike paths that Hilton Head has to offer and is equidistant to Harbour Town, and the Sea Pines Beach Club. Also, strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures.

With over 2600 sq. ft. of living space and over half an acre of land there is ample privacy to kick back and relax in this beautiful one-level home. The first of three bedrooms is situated just inside the entry between the living room and kitchen. It has 2 queen size beds and a full bathroom with walk-in shower located just outside the room and off of the kitchen. The full-size washer and dryer is also located in this bathroom. To the left of the entry is where you will find the 2nd guest suite with a king bed, large desk and large bathroom with walk-in shower and a tub. The master bedroom is situated to the back with a walk-in closet and master bathroom with its own walk-in shower and tub. The heart of the home is the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with large glass sliders that open to the backyard patio. Plan your adventures, big or small, around the dining table that seats 8. The outside dining area is also ideal for enjoying fresh-brewed coffee and breakfast prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The generous living space is perfect for hosting a game or movie night for family and friends, so don't forget to pack the popcorn!

New listing in the Sea Pines Resort

When all of the home’s systems are in working order the home will meet the expectations of its guests and allow guests to really enjoy their time at HHI - without having calls to the property management. Ultimately the sr. manager reached out after our stay and we were able to come to a conclusion that satisfied both parties.

Great property. 3 Very large bedrooms. Accommodated 6 of us easily with room to spare. Recently renovated. Beautiful job. Cooked many of our meals in using the large kitchen and propane grill. Pool was a nice addition. Difficult keeping the pool clean under the tree canopy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great House and Location

Our family loved this house! Everything was perfect - the rooms were big, each bedroom had its own bathroom, the pool was the perfect size for my 4 year old niece, and the furniture and home was clean and updated. We spent so much time in the back porch area - the landscape was so well kept and all you could hear are the birds chirping.My only suggestion would be to provide beach chairs/umbrellas for guests. We ended up having to rent umbrellas and chairs every time we went to the beach and it ended up being pricey since they only charge day rates. Other than that, our stay was amazing! Thank you for hosting our family.
