Walk right out to the beautiful Tom Sawyer Park. Park features free to use nationally recognized BMX bike track, 6 tennis courts, 16 pickleball courts, a playground, an archery range, walking trails, shelters, and even an Olympic size pool with a splash ground (small entrance fee for pool and splash ground.)

Volleyball and College

We stayed at this amazing house for a volleyball tournament and to visit colleges in the area. It was the perfect house. We all had our own rooms with comfortable beds, and we all had our own bathroom which made life easier with teenage girls. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!

Home away from home

Not sure what was better, the house or the location. This place was perfectly clean, had very comfortable beds, and all the amenities you could ask for. Plenty of space to hang out, cook, and eat meals. Loved having the garage space to store all of our gear. There is any sort of sports equipment you could imagine, so easy to enjoy all the sports complex has to offer. Safe and friendly area. 10/10 would stay again!!

We love to travel! We look for a safe, and convenient place to stay when we take our trips, and we love providing the same to our guests!

Why they chose this property

This house is located right next to one of the most gorgeous parks in the area. The park features beautiful, well upkept walking paths and trails, 16 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, a basketball court, a nationally recognized BMX track that is free for anyone to use, soccer fields, baseball fields, archery range, etc. Not only is this place beautiful, but it is one of the safest areas in our city. We often walk at night in the neighborhood without even a bit of worry. I would walk at night in some areas of our city.

Like the description says: safe, scenic, and convenient. Not only is it safe and right next to a beautiful park, but it is less than a mile from restaurants, shopping, gyms, auto repair shops, movie theater, etc.
