Guests will enjoy a foosball table in the game room and two guest bedrooms on the first level. Hanging out in the game room is casual and laidback with a giant flatscreen TV for watching the game, a comfy couch and chairs, a wine cooler, and access to a shared full bath. The queen guest bedroom closest to it boasts an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Just across the hall, you'll enjoy the custom bunk room that sleeps 6 and yet another ensuite bathroom with a tub-shower combo.

The second floor opens into an open living/kitchen area. Looking out over the gulf and lush landscaping from the balcony, you'll take in views of the swimming pool below. Slide down the spiral staircase to the patio if you are so inclined, but why would you want to leave this gorgeous room? High ceilings, hardwood tile floors, and ample chairs and couches make it the perfect place to relax. Navy blue cabinets and a decidedly marine theme in the kitchen make it the perfect place to prepare your seafood feast. There's a cute guest room on this floor as well, with a king-size bed and an ensuite bath to boot!

Head up to the third floor to find the master suite and guest bedroom, sharing the large porch on this level, looking out over the dunes to the emerald green waters. The master includes a large king bed, two raised vanity sinks, lots of dressers and closets to stash your latest souvenirs, and a casual sitting area.
