The host very responsive, until we communicated that there was not hot water except the upstairs bathroom. The host never emailed us back. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We loved staying in this home. There was a large group of us. We had plenty of space. The views from the backyard were beautiful.

There were several things that I contacted David about that we thought he would want to know and make right, that was not the case. In the description of the house it states the house has sleeping arrangements for 16 people with only two bathrooms with showers. What is not included in the description is the bathroom off the master bedroom does not have a door. This made sharing the shower and using the sinks inconvenient and awkward. Two of us took cold showers because the hot water has a certain way it has to be turned on and this was only explained after a call to the manager. When we turned down the master bedroom there were 2 bloody tissues in the bed. When I contacted David he asked for a photo to prove our concern. The TV in the den is unwatchable due to the remote does not control the screen brightness. I will not rent this house again nor any that David is the host. I know no house is perfect but the host responses to our concerns made the situation even more disappointing.

This was a great place for our family ( 18 people) Lots of space for everyone. The game room was a big hit with the teenagers. The host was very nice and helpful.

Clean and well-stocked kitchen

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was well-stocked, conducive for cooking and serving. Eveything in the home was clean upon arrival. Even the Corn hole game in the backyard was set up and ready to play! This is a great property, well- suited for a family gathering.

Great property

We had a weekend stay at this property in June 2024. There were 9 of us that stayed at the property for a tennis tournament and we had a great stay. The home can accommodate large groups and the backyard view and space is great. The property manager was very responsive to our inquiries. One member of the group inadvertently left his sunglasses at the property (didn't realize this until after the stay) and the property manager was able to locate the sunglasses for us which was great. I definitely recommend staying at this property.

I wanted to give you some feedback on our stay and give you some pictures to consider as you are maintaining this property. All 18 of us who were on that property agree that it can be kept a lot better. It is too nice of a property to be as ran down as it is. One: in renting the property, we should have had total privacy. Two out of the number of days we rented maintenance was on the grounds. Working on a pool that we were not going to use. I did suggest that we wait until after we check out for maintenance to work on that pool. However, they worked on it anyway and for those two days we had issues with water, pressure and hot water for showers. We could not flush the toilets properly nor take showers during the time the water was running in the pool for two days . We did not have total privacy.Two: the bathrooms were very nasty, which is unsanitary. Whoever cleaned the home did not deep clean. We did have to replace a shower curtain in the first level shower due to the nastiness of the lining. Toilets were very unsanitary whoever cleaned it did not lift the lids to clean it. And we just happen to be a group of all women with no men present. So we never lifted the lids until I saw a spot of P on the back of one of the toilets so I decided to lift the lid during checkout. And was shocked at the toilet we were using during our stay, you can see the picture that I included. This is very evident by the dusty smell that was still there and by the nastiness of the bathrooms.
