Expansive outdoor entertaining space including a second-floor balcony with picturesque views, large tile & turf walkway & patio space overlooking the shoreline. Beach entry/shallow water, great for younger kiddos. Bring your own boat or rent one from Winnisquam Marine. Spectacular outdoor kitchen w/pergola, massive built in gas grill, two tier custom natural stone surface workspace & seating space, private 56’ “L” shaped dock is 47’ “L” on inside and can hold multiple boats. The dock also features built in hammock for ultimate relaxation mode in prime no wake zone. Custom lighting, modern privacy fence, & brand-new carport. Paved road and driveway. 1st flr laundry & beautifully renovated bathrooms w/granite counters, double vanities, & a custom tile shower in primary bath. Close to Rtes 93 & 106, shopping, & restaurants. 11 Miles to Gunstock Ski Resort. Max 6 adults and 4 kids.
7 night min. stay for June, July & August & Sat. to Sat. rentals only.
3 night min. for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas New Years & school vacation.
Guests must electronically sign a short term rental agreement w/ copy of driver's license, within 48 hours of booking. Dock is shared with owner for boat access on one side.

What a spot! We had an amazing week staying at this beautiful lake house. Owner is communicative and the entire process was simple. Ideal location steps from the lake and the home is very clean and stocked with anything you’d need. Certainly look forward to returning.

We have rented this property a few times and this go around was for two weeks. Great location, shallow water area for kids to swim, overall clean house. A few things that are bothersome, dishwasher not working properly, pocket door on first floor bedroom would constantly get stuck, parts of the dock

Simply amazing. The home has all the fine details- you don’t need to bring a thing but your own clothes, food and drink. They even have a commercial ice maker!

Lake Winnesquam

Thank you to Suzanne for sharing her lakefront home with our family and an amazing week! We were able to enjoy fishing from our boat, paddle boarding, kayaking, and we explored New Hampshire's beautiful mountain trails. There was a golf course right down the street and the sunsets were picture perfect! It was one of our best vacations with all the amenities. Thank you! Five stars!
