Old school 1, apartment on the ground floor

Welcome to the former village school from 1900. The entire building has been extensively renovated, but the charm has been retained. Take a vacation where the village teacher used to live. The apartment offers cozy accommodation for up to 4 people with its own terrace and private parking behind the house. Kall Golbach is in close proximity to the core town of Kall, where the train station and all necessary shops are located. Nature and Natianlapark Eifel (8 KM) are at the door.

The living room

The apartment is furnished with a high quality mix of old and new. We have placed special emphasis on comfort. A piece of history can be lived here in the former teacher's apartment from 1900.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, manches etwas "selbstgezimmert" und in die Jahre gekommen, v.a. das Bett. Wohnzimmer gemütlich und kuschelig warm. Küche und Küchenausstattung ist spartanisch und lädt nicht zum Kochen ein. Für Wanderer: man kann direkt aus der Wohnung loslaufen!

Nette kleine Wohnung

Nette kleine Wohnung, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Eifel. Allerdings gab es eine Doppelbuchung für den Zeitraum (wir waren über Silvester da), was dem Vermieter trotz mehrfachem Kontakt in den vorangegangenen Tagen erst nach der Anreise beider Parteien aufgefallen ist.

Bescheidend kleine Wohnung mit zu vielen Mängeln

Ansich eine schöne Wohnung, wenn nicht zu viele Gegenstände defekt wären, wie z. B. Balkontüre und Wohnungstüre schließen nicht richtig, Duschkopf spritzt überall hin, Gefrierfach ist defekt, Bettwäsche ist defekt und schließt nicht und jede Nacht ist das Inlet rausgerutscht. Die Dusche ist nur für schmale bis normal gebaute Menschen Begehbar. Die Sauberkeit hat nicht unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen in der Küche. In den Küchenschränken ist zu viel Kaos. Die Lage ist ruhig und liegt im kleinen Dorf Kall Golbach, links ist ein kleiner Kindergarten und rechts an die Wohnung Grenzen weitere Wohnungen. Wenn man Pech hat kann man die Nachbarn über der Wohnung lautstark reden und laufen hören. Die Wohnung wirkt von aussen sehr ungepflegt. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist aufgrund der Mängel nicht passend. Wir wissen nicht ob wir das Objekt nochmal mieten würden. Vera und Sebastian Derricks

Einfache Abwicklung, idyllisch gelegen, sehr ruhig.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung für die Eifel Erkundungen, sehr gut gelegen in eine Idylle von Natur und Wald. Die Wohnung bietet die notwendige Ruhe nach eine Anstrengende Wandertag. Nur die Dusch hat etwas mühe bereitet!!!

Entspanntes Wochenende in der Eifel

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und liegt in der Nähe des Nationalparks, der sehr schöne Wanderungen bietet. Auch ein Ausflug nach Bad Münstereifel lohnt sich! Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
