Central air throughout, 4 adult beach passes & 2 parking spots included (ask us about other parking options). Large, fenced-in backyard has shower, lounge chairs, table, umbrella & grill. We provide a beach cart for all your beach gear (rolls over sand) & private shed filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys.

Our beach entrance is special in that it has a food court so you can grab a drink, snack or a meal & eat at the tables provided or right on the beach. There is also a bathhouse, bathrooms, ice cream, gift shop & more!
The beach & boardwalk are open. Jogging & Biking permitted on boardwalk before 9am. There are plenty of benches plus there is an lovely area to watch the boats go out & return from the ocean. Also nearby is the Fisherman's Monument with wall fishing, sitting area, plus NEW playground area with swings, jungle gym & gazebo. You can surf fish at the beach after dusk.
Near Activities & Entertainment: Short walk to Jenkinson's Pavillon, Aquarium & Amusement park, with Rides, New Adventure Park with Rope Courses, Zip Lining & more, Boardwalk Games, Arcades, Slot Machines, Mini Golf (3 courses), Batting Cages, Fun House & more.
