The 4-room apartment in the “Haus zur Rose” is located in the village center of Speicher, elevated and with a beautiful view of the village and the extensive Appenzellerland.
The apartment building is a little higher in the center of Speicher, a few minutes' walk from the train station.
We warmly welcome singles, couples, families or business travelers. You will immediately feel the relaxed atmosphere of our house. Depending on your preferences, you will find plenty of space to relax with us, as well as for cultural enjoyment or sporting relaxation.

Fantastic and very friendly

We recommend highly Claudia and Roman are fantastic host. They gave us very good advises to visit the best spot. The appartement is very well equipped and really charming. We fully appreciated our stay.

Beautiful house between lake Constance and the Alps

Entire floor of a beautiful home in a wonderful region of Switzerland very close to St Gallen and the Alps. House is immaculate and hosts are very nice with great recommendations

Es hätte nicht besser sein können!

Die Wohnung war perfekt! Klare Linien und dennoch gemütlich, hochwertige Ausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts. Es gab sogar einen Dampfgarer! Der Kontakt mit den ausgesprochen sympathischen Vermietern, schriftlich im Vorfeld und direkt vor Ort klappte hervorragend. Speicher ist ein wunderschöner und traumhaft gelegener Ort. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus loswandern. In jedem Fall lohnt sich der Erwerb einer Oskarkarte, mit der man alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bahnhof ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt) kostenlos nutzen kann und freien Eintritt in viele Museen, Freizeiteinrichtungen u.ä. hat. Die Vermieterin hat sie für uns besorgt. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Vielen Dank an Claudia und Roman!
