Nette, helle Wohnung in einem sehr schön sanierten alten Gebäude. Große Fenster mit Aussicht auf Straße und Wald. Gute Anbindung auch an Bregenz, vor allem mit dem Fahrrad. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Modernes, sehr schönes Appartement

Wir waren in Bregenz zu den Festspielen. Hier hat man absolute Ruhe, ist fussläufig am See und mit dem Taxi ist man schnell in Bregenz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell und modern in einer denkmal geschützten Anlage. Nette Gastgeber, alles gut geklappt. Gerne wieder!

Neues Apartment in schöner Lage

Wir (Ehepaar mit erwachsenem Sohn) waren die ersten Mieter in diesem sehr geschmackful und in hohem Standard eingerichteten Apartment, das vier Schlafplätze bietet, ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und zwei Sofaschlafplätze in der Wohnküche. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd und Backrohr, mehr als ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Kapsel-Kaffeeautomat und Toaster. Auch sonst hat die Vermieterin an der Einrichtung nicht gespart. Mobilar, Matratzen, Bettzeug, Handtücher ist alles in bester Qualität. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock (kein Lift) in einem schönen alten Haus. Check-in ist zeitunabhängig mittels Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox beim Eingang. Die dicken Mauern und die praktischen Fensterläden halten das Apartment selbst an sehr heißen Tagen angenehm kühl. Im Keller gibt es einen Raum zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Dampfbügelstation mit Schlüssel exklusiv für die Ferienwohnungen. Das Apartment ist praktisch gelegen, nur ein paar Minuten vom Strandbad in Hard und dem Ortszentrum entfernt. Ganz in der Nähe ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei, die auch Milch und anderes für das Frühstück verkauft und auch am Sonntag offen hat. Wir mieteten schöne Fahrräder in Lindau um EUR 8 pro Stück. Die Fahrradvermietung in Bregenz ist um einiges teurer. Das Fährboot brachte uns auf einer sehr schönen Fahrt von Bregenz nach Lindau in nur 20 Minuten. Hard ist von Bregenz nur 1 Stunde zu Fuß entfernt. Der Weg führt über schöne Wege, tlw. entlang des Sees und schattige Spazierwege. Es gibt auch Busse, die regelmäßig verkehren und in der Nähe eine Haltestelle haben. Es gab zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln (der Induktionsherd war nicht angeschlossen), die Vermieterin hat sich aber prompt darum gekümmert, und binnen kürzester Zeit erschien ein Elektriker, der den Anschluss hergestellt hat. Überhaupt ist die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr einfach und professionell. Sie antwortet sehr zeitnah und kommuniziert auch per Telefon. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schr schöne Woche. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.
