This property is located near plenty of scenic adventures for you and the family, and if you’re up for a drive, you can visit popular attractions like Camelback Mountain Resort, Mohegan Sun Arena At Casey Plaza, and Blue Mountain Resort for additional fun.

The open floor plan makes it easier for guests to stay connected and create everlasting memories. Gather around the coffee table in the living room and play any of the entertaining board games available or watch a favorite show on the TV with cable. Then, when mealtime comes around, the fully appointed kitchen will have your back with every appliance and cookware needed to prepare delicious homemade meals and snacks for the group. You can choose to either dine indoors at the accommodating dining table or on the deck with a beautiful backdrop that is a great place to host warm-weather barbecues with its propane grill. Home essentials include WiFi should you need to plug in as well as a private washer/dryer for refreshing for the next day’s adventures.

The house was very clean upon arrival, it was well appointed with the correct number of towels, ample pillows, starter kit with soap, dishwasher detergent, etc... as well as a handful of kitchen essentials like olive oil, garlic powder, seasons, etc...We visited during a particularly COLD weekend, so bear that in mind, but the house heating seemed to have difficult time keeping up with the freezing temperatures outside. I asked for a portable heating solution to supplement but there was no solution available for us. I would CONSIDER renting this property again because the location was very convenient to skiing on the mountain but a heating element would have made that decision an easy one. Note: the fireplace is not usable.

We have a great two night stay over New Years. It was very close to the slopes and easy to access. We had some difficulties with the shower but overall it was a nice getaway.

Perfect for a Ski Weekend

House was perfect for what we were looking for. Able to easily walk on and off ski slopes. House was a bit hard to find in the dark. A few more board games would have been nice for the evening but my family and I really enjoyed our time in the house.

Summer stay

Not much to do there in the summertime. Almost all the areas lakes are in gated communities. There are nice state parks, however. We couldn't find any good restaurants in the area.

Great Location for Jack Frost Resort

We were looking for a place close to Jack Frost for a week of skiing and found this place! The location is right near the resort and while a long walk could be walkable. We chose to drive and park in the lots. The home is well laid out with a loft that has a double and single bed and separate half bathroom. First floor had the master as well as full bath. Couple of maintenance items that we reported (master bed box spring is shot, and front port middle step needs to be fixed), however this would not keep me from renting again the future!

Lantern festival

This place served its purpose and was very cost-efficient for two couples going to the lantern festival and golfing in the Poconos for the weekend. Home was a little outdated and dirty (small bugs, dust, etc) but everything was functioning. There is no A/C so it was a little warm. Kitchen cookware was outdated and no spices, so make sure you bring salt and pepper if you are planning to cook. Shower handle was loose but worked and upstairs sink is slow to drain.

Once we settled in we found the place comfortable and relaxing. Before this we had to struggle with the odd 10 digit deadbolt lock code and call for assistance to get in. The kitchen was not cleaned well so my wife had to take care of that. The shower handle was precariously attached and we called the property manager who came the next morning to repair it. (He was very helpful and friendly!) The property is older and probably needs updates (for example, the heat adjustments were just rotary knobs with no thermostats or thermometers) but we found it to be comfortable. The only streaming service on the main TV is Netflix. It's not a smart TV on which you can load other apps (eg, Hulu, Max, etc). There was a limited range of cable service channels. I think we could go back though because the cost was in our price range. ~Chris
