Thank you for your kind review, Rita! We're so glad the space worked well for your friends' meetup and that you enjoyed the comfortable beds and cleanliness. It's great to hear that the location was convenient for all the activities. We hope to host you again soon!
When I arrived, I was greeted with a very dirty spaceI immediately messaged the host. Didn't hear anything back until the next day where they asked me to send pictures which I sent four different times and each time I sent them was told they didn't receive them. Finally they received the photos and said thank you for the photos and that's all I couldn't even clean the place myself because there wasn't any cleaner there weren't any laundry pods. The place was very ill equipped which surprises me because I read all of the reviews and they were all excellent. The carpets are all stained the floor had dark hair all over it. You couldn't touch the handrail going down the stairs because it was completely sticky. There was debris here comes and children's toys underneath the cushions of the couch. The couch is all stained. The chair cushions are all stained. I was really quite horrified. I will be putting in a request to at least receive the cleaning feedback because very clearly the place was not cleaned. .

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take cleanliness concerns extremely seriously and are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
Upon receiving your message, we did attempt to troubleshoot the photo delivery issue right away so we could understand and address the situation accurately. Once the photos came through, they were reviewed and shared with our cleaning team for follow-up. We regret that this back-and-forth caused frustration.
This home is professionally cleaned and inspected between every stay, and the condition you described is not consistent with our usual standards or with the feedback we consistently receive from guests. That said, we understand how disappointing it can be if something feels off upon arrival, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention so they could be addressed internally.
Guest comfort is very important to us, and we will continue working with our team to ensure our high standards are met for every stay.
Comfortable, Beautiful, home.Not a bad thing to say. So close to everything, so much to explore, charm, character, lots of good food all around. And if you’ve never seen the holiday lights, it’s a must see! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Thank you so much for the kind words, Debra! We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed the home and its location. It sounds like you had a wonderful time exploring the area and seeing the holiday lights! We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime!
Beautiful, modern home just as pictured! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Short drive to downtown and nearby restaurants.
(The bedrooms do get bright with the early morning sun, but we had early risers and sleep masks!)
We had an amazing visit at this home. With the exception of issues with the instructions provided for the door code entrance, our stay was wonderful. It would be great to have a correct and clear direction for entrance without needing to contact the property management as we stood in the hot sun waiting for assistance.The amenities in the home are great. It was just the two of us, so we had enough of everything the host provided. The beds are very comfortable. It would be nice to have pull shades of some sort for better privacy from the neighbors, especially to and from the bathroom to the bedroom. The location was perfect with the trolley pick up down the street and lots of places within walking distance. We loved sitting on the upstairs balcony in the morning for coffee and in the evening for the sunset. We will stay here again in the future.

Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review, Riverside! We're so glad to hear you had an amazing visit and enjoyed the amenities, comfortable beds, and especially those peaceful moments on the upstairs balcony. It’s great to know the location worked well for you, with easy access to the trolley and nearby attractions.
We truly appreciate your feedback about the door code instructions and the lack of privacy shades. We're sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at check-in and will make sure those directions are clarified immediately to prevent future issues.
It means a lot that you’d choose to stay with us again—we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!
We enjoyed the property. Stayed Wed through Monday. Very Clean and Welcoming. The property needs Curtains as indicated by other reviewers. The street light in the back bedroom is very, very bright and people can see in the living room. There were no hangers in the closet and no hairdryer. A few coffee pods would go a long way for people that come in late and can't make it to a store immediately. Hot water is touch and go and should be fixed. Overall, we would stay again and enjoyed our visit to lovely St. Augustine.
We enjoyed our stay and the house was good with a little extra effort the property could be top notch. First the house had no curtains at all. The pictures shown made it seem like maybe the front windows where frosted but no. We went out to Target and created a temporary curtain for the front window. When we took it down on our last day we had people looking in from the Street. We had some other issues listed below but the house overall was good. We enjoyed our stay but hopefully tweaks can be made to make it better.
Pro's
-New construction rental that is in walking distance to historic St. Augustine downtown.
-Large house with plenty of room, nice kitchen, nice bed & bathrooms.
- Conformable memory foam beds
- Property manager very responsive to issues that arose
Cons
- The house needs some curtains. There is no privacy from the outside. Even the bathrooms in which one could easily see inside from outside.
- Hot water heater kept tripping the breaker. We had to reset the breaker during showers and baths for our little one. Told the property manager during the stay and they did mention there was an known issue.
- Maybe it was our stay but the house smelled of fresh paint the whole time we where there. Unfortunately this causes me to have an allergic reaction during our stay.

Thank you for your feedback and we have addressed these issues. Curtains have been installed and the hot water heater has been fixed. We hope future guests will enjoy their stay and we welcome you to come back in the future.
Hi. Overall our stay was great! We had a blast. And the house was really nice as it has two King bedrooms. One was en-suite and the other one had a bathroom right next door. There is a "powder room" downstairs. It was very clean and new construction.
However, there are some things that should be fixed. I read a review from December and the owners responded on January 19 that they were installing windows coverings. But our stay was from January 20 to 23 and there were no window coverings.
Pros:
* Well equipped.
* Great beds and bedding.
* Nice, big TV in the living room.
* New construction.
* Nicely decorated throughout.
Cons:
* There is a globe missing on the light fixture in the living room.
* There are no window treatments. In the living room this makes for uncomfortable TV viewing in the afternoons. In both bedrooms there are streetlights that glare right into the room. In the back bedroom, the light is actually hitting your eyes.
* The bathrooms are missing the toilet paper holders.
* The front bathroom's toilet lid is broken.
A couple more notes, not a pro or con. There is a Keurig machine, but not another type of coffee maker. This is not a problem, but we didn't know to buy KCups. Just wanted others to know what to expect. Also, I am a tea drinker and don't like to get my water from the Keurig as it tastes of coffee. An electric kettle would be a nice touch!
If I knew things were fixed I would certainly stay there again.
We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine! This property is very modern and sleek. We had a few issues with the cleanliness, i.e. the previous renter had left an article of clothing, the sheets were still somewhat damp when we arrived, the back porch looked as if it had not been straightened and the glasses stored in the back rows on the shelves had dust in them as they are stored upright.The beds were soft and very enveloping but we slept soundly. There are large platform beds that could be dangerous if you are a family with toddlers. I found the property manager to be highly responsive in resolving what we requested.The location is pretty ideal. It's just a short drive to the center of lovely St. Augustine with it's lovely ocean breezes, fun shops, museums and restaurants. St. Georges Street was a highlight, of course! It is also in close proximity to countless activites like the Alligator Farm (a HUGE hit with the kids and their parents), Mini Golf, the Pirate Museum (with some kitsch but also some serious artifacts from the many Spanish shipwrecks off the coast!), El Castillo de San Marcos, the St. Augustine Cathedral, and the Lighthouse Museum with it's 200+ steps to a fantastic view. There is so, so much to do in St. Augustine and before you run out of days please remember to hit the beach! We took a short drive to Villano Beach and the kids swam and played for hours in the relatively calm waters with just enough wave action to keep it interesting! This beach is fantastic for the littles too, as it has a giant sandbar that creates warmer little ocean pools if you time your visit to low tide. The weather was absolutely perfect! The property didn't offer sand chairs so we purchased some and left them there for the next folks. Be sure to scope out your dinner plans in advance as there are many options for upscale with casual vibe. Fish Camp (gorgeous location at sunset, food was good), Casa Reina (gorgeous Spanish interior with patio seating and great food), Prohibition Kitchen on St. George St. (really fun historical theme with fun ice cream milkshakes and floats). We also had a delicious lobster roll there and I'm from MA so I'm particular. Turns out the owners are also from ME so they know what they're doing!But the waits can be loooong if you don't have a reservation. Plan ahead! The options for casual food are also great! Check out Pizza Town, Mojos Tacos, Burriot Works Taco Shop (St. George St.). + the ppl are so friendly!!!
