Experience the charm of Pebbles Cottage, a cozy and private 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in the heart of St. Augustine’s historic Lincolnville district. Just a short walk (under a mile!) to downtown St. Augustine’s top attractions, restaurants, shops, and historic landmarks, this stylish retreat sleeps 4 comfortably with two queen bedrooms and includes 3 rare off-street parking spaces.
Unwind under the jasmine-covered pergola, fire up the grill on the back deck, or enjoy a quiet evening after exploring the beaches, local breweries, or the Castillo de San Marcos. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, Pebbles Cottage offers the perfect mix of location, comfort, and Old Florida charm.
The Space:
When you arrive at our cottage you are greeted by a fully fenced-in yard - perfect to let the little ones burn off some energy after a day of travel. A jasmine-covered pergola frames an outdoor dining table that is decorated with string lights. When you walk into the home, you enter are greeted with an open layout common area. The home features an open layout between the kitchen and the living room. Our living room features a large sectional and a 65" smart tv. Our eat-in kitchen has all the equipment to prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast before a day out exploring. Our kitchen table seats 4.
The home has two queen bedrooms, each with a closet and television in the room. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
Out back you will find a separate laundry room that guests are welcome to use. The back porch includes a small table and chairs, a grill and a large outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off all the sand from your beach visits.
Creature comforts are important. The home features free wifi. Scan the QR code or enter the details for a quick and easy connection. Each of our three smart televisions let you log in to your favorite streaming apps. We have a selection of board games to play. Each bedroom and the common space feature individually controlled AC mini splits so you can sleep at your optimum temperature.
