We had a great stay in this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We could walk everywhere in downtown park city. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 5 and everyone had a bed. They understated the convenience of the property. Closest to Hot Tub and close to free public transit. Buses come every 15 minutes so easy and convenient. Parking spot was large easy to load and unload. Full kitchen with nice cookware. They had foil wrap and plastic wrap for using. Two full bathrooms are needed for 5! Adults The first floor was cold so we kept the fireplace running and increased the temperature in the unit and were comfortable. Hooks for hanging ski gear are nice touch Nice place and would stay here again
The unit is marketed as a "modern condo with a cozy fireplace". Upon arriving, the unit was very cold. The "cozy fireplace" is not working, and does not have a damper. So cold air blows in from outside. The rental company told us they knew the fireplace was broken 3 weeks earlier but have not fixed it. After several days they came in and taped a plastic sheet over the fireplace. Not at all as advertised! The management company took days to even respond to our requests. I would avoid this unit entirely.

A casa nos desapontou bastante. Nas fotos a casa parece bem maior. Na véspera de entregar na casa fomos avisados que a lareira estava quebrada e ate nos ofereceram um desconto de 10% mas nao compensou o frio que passamos na sala. As janelas não isolaram bem o frio na sala, assim tínhamos que aumentar muito o aquecer e com isso o andar superior ficava quente demais. Então de tarde preferíamos ficar com frio na sala para podermos dormir a noite sem estar com os quartos quentes demais. A churrasqueira estava imunda. O ralo da banheira/chuveiro do banheiro de baixo totalmente obstruído. Tive que desentupir usando um produto que achei na casa. Haviam umas 12 moscas mortas no trilho da porta da varanda. Limpeza bem fraca. Achamos roupas esquecidas de outra locação na gaveta do banheiro de baixo. Ter uma secadora e lavadora de roupas num quarto minúsculo também nao agradou em nada, alem disso ter so um banheiro no andar dos quartos foi muito inconveniente. Lamentável e desgastante. Nunca mais!!!
