Keep it simple at this peaceful in arden-arcade. Access to both main freeways and plenty of high end restaurants to choose from like wildwood kitchen! Minutes from downtown. And a short drive to the airport. Your literally in the center of Sacramento and can choose to head up the hill to folsom lake or downtown for a night out. The perfect Home base to relax and enjoy any part of Sacramento from.

If you need a car while here let me know and I'll send you my turo profile! I have a Jeep Rubicon and A 600 Hp tuned 550 cls at the place to utilize while at your leasure!

Such a great setup for a family. Bedrooms were quiet, beds were comfy, and we felt very safe with it being a gated community. Chris the owner was very communicative and always got right back to me when I asked any questions. Highly recommend!

Still waiting for refund

Upon arrival we were greeted with the overwhelming odor of marijuana, dirty socks, and unwashed bodies. Further inspection revealed dirty sheets, missing pillowcases, used water bottles, dirty toilets and leftover food in the refrigerator. Owner assured me a refund. Haven’t seen it as of yet. Very disappointed.

Hello, This is the first time anyone has reported any of these things on my property as all my Airbnb Reviews are mostly 5 stars.. I did say I would refund the amount if you decided to not stay but you never contacted me or VRBO and stayed the entire time. I am unsure as to how there was anything unclean as cleaning crews come in after every checkout. I will definitely make sure the cleaning crew is aware of any issues like your stating.

Absolutely not cleaned from previous renter

We arrived with excitement but were quickly shocked to see there were pants in the bedsheets, trash in the trashcan, the counter tops were not cleaned, dishes that were in drawers/cupboards were dirty, etc. It was shocking. Because it looked at first glance as if the place had been cleaned (beds were made, cushions fluffed, etc.), but it was clear real quick that someone had quickly tried to make it look as if it were clean even though it was not. Different than just having poor cleaners. We contacted the owner right away and Chris was apologetic and seemed shocked as well. We obviously didn't feel comfortably sleeping on dirty bedsheets, so we asked for a full refund, which he provided without hesitation, and we stayed somewhere else at the 11th hour.

Cleaning Deposit Is a Fraud

Arrived to property instantly notice that it is not clean. In fact it looked like someone left in a hurry in the middle of the night. No toilet paper in the bathrooms. No soap or shampoo in the showers. No hair dryer for use. Other peoples used toothbrushes on the counter. The shower walls you could write your name in the scum on them. Floors with other peoples hair, shower floors with other peoples hair and dirty, just dirty. Broken lights in several rooms. Main TV in living room would not turn on. Lamps not working. Kitchen sink two toned from the dirty scum and discoloration of stains. Honestly looked like a bachelor pad that is currently resided in that they left just before our booking took place. Just not what was advertised and certainly felt uncomfortable to be in a place that was so dirty.
