These are lovely accommodations in a great location. Very convenient to the historical district while quiet and off the beaten path. The "tiny house" is very private and well-appointed.
Most every thing was perfect. Very clean and quiet. Almost no interaction with the host was needed. Close to Forsythe Park and some local shops. Parking was a bonus. Would stay again coming to this area.
Adriana was a superb host. She was very communicative and checking in was easy and straightforward. The location was perfect to be just far enough away from the busy part of Savannah but close enough to still be “in it”. The space was perfect and we will definitely stay here again when we come back. 100/100 would highly recommend.
The place is simple and very clean. I initially was a little reluctant about parking in the alley but it was fine. It’s close to a great dinner Fork and Dagger.
This "tiny house" was perfect for our short stay in Savannah. We were out and about for the most part, so it was great to have our base at this property close to Forsyth Park with easy, walkable access to the heart of Savannah. All we needed was a good bed, nice shower, and a sweet little kitchenette. And a parking spot! Adriana was super responsive. Lovely stay.
I enjoyed the rental. It was clean and simple. It was quiet and gave me privacy. It was super close to downtown and not too far away from everything else I wanted to do. 👌👌👌
This place is perfect for two people. It’s an easy walk to Forsyth park!
Pros: great communication with host, clean, looks like the pictures, not too far of an Uber ride to most attractions, updated
Cons: neighborhood was a little rough and a little hard for Ubers to navigate pick up/drop off!
The property was simple and relaxing. The clean lines, lack of clutter, and simplicity of the place was just what we needed to decompress. It had everything you could need. Even a record player (should've brought some records!). The view of the flowers out the sliding glass doors added to the beauty of the place. I was more than pleased and would love to stay again.
Perfect place for 1 person- walkable and within 2 miles of most sights and places one wants to see and visit when in Savannah. Bed is very comfortable. Low water pressure in the shower, otherwise all comforts you need are there. Adriana very nice and available should you need anything
My husband and I visit Savannah frequently and we typically enjoy staying in more historical dwellings as part of the overall experience we are looking for on our trips. However, this visit was unique in that we were there for a wedding. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel but we only needed the space of a hotel so this property was perfect. Minimal space for minimal use, a healthy walkable distance from anywhere we wanted or needed to be.

Liked: Location
Place was very clean and new. Very much like a European apartment. The only complaint was the noise of the wall A/C unit which made it very difficult to sleep.
Location was great for our stay. We were close enough to River Street that we could walk to dinner! The area was nice and we felt safe. Even though we were next to the hosts house (I assume) we felt like we had plenty of privacy. The host was very accommodating to our early check in request. We also had no issues with our very early checkout to make an early appointment.
Convenient downtown location with parking. Tiny minimalist house worked fine for a one-night stay. But be aware there may be a loud bands performing right behind your bedroom, as it was last night when we stayed. Thankfully, it ended before we were trying to sleep. A tiny Keurig, small lamps for better ambiance (instead of the bright ceiling lights), and a roll of paper towels would be recommended additions. We would have enjoyed a small TV, too. The host gave great directions, and toiletries are provided, as well as a kettle and tea bags, which was nice. There are some interesting books to peruse. The AC works great, and the nice big shower had hot water fast. The bed was very comfy as well. Recommended for a brief stay.
