About this property

Spacious Eagle Beach House

This property is a spacious, open plan single level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house situated very close to world renowned Eagle Beach and amongst restaurants, grocery stores and many island attractions. It's built in a U shape around a gorgeous private courtyard complete with dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and a gas barbeque. Big patio doors open onto the courtyard from all three sides: the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The house entices you to embrace true outdoor Caribbean living. The house is naturally cooled by opening the windows and letting in the sea breezes. There are also standard fans and a ceiling fan. The two bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

The house has all the amenities you might need: air conditioning in both bedrooms each with king beds, hair dryer, washer and dryer, iron, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The primary bedroom has a small extra room with a trundle bed for extra sleeping. We also have beach chairs, 2 bicycles, cooler(s), beach towels and snorkel equipment, to make your day at the beach enjoyable.

We offer any day rentals allowing guests to select mid week, lower cost airfare. Most major airlines fly to Aruba daily. We have an excellent property manager who is 'on call' 24 hours a day, and is always friendly and helpful.

My friend and I loved this house. It was perfect for the two of us, had everything we needed. It was perfectly located for beach and restaurants, a very safe neighborhood. Isla was wonderful to work with and her property manager was always available. I would recommend this house 100% and would happily stay there again.

The house was very spacious for our family. The outdoor patio located in the center of the home was lovely for breakfast every morning and the occasional dinner that we stayed in. Many of the items needed for a week of fun were provided by the host - beach chairs, snorkel gear etc. The home was centrally located to many of the main beaches, shopping, and tourist activities. Our family had a lovely time in Aruba, and this home was a perfect retreat for the week!

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent and the house is fully equipped and functional. The owner and property managers are both very responsive. This home is a gem.

The house is lovely and has everything one needs for vacation. It's easy to get to, and it's close to shopping and beaches. When we arrived I was a bit nervous about the temperature in the house. But once the doors and windows were opened, there was a nice breeze flowing through. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard and hearing all the birds chirping. A/C's in the bedrooms work well!Our daughter enjoys freshly made Stroopwaffles so we went to Superfoods at 9 am to get some, they run out quickly :-)Also very much appreciated the outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand! It was great, we would stay here again and will also recommend to friends and family.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean. We loved the the courtyard area as well as the resident birds that visit every morning in the front yard. House was a bit warm as there was no AC in the common areas only in the bedrooms. However, we opened all the windows and let the cross breeze come in, that seemed to help a bit. We liked having the washer dryer and of course the dishwasher. The location was convenient. The area seems very safe and we loved the fact that we had an indoor parking garage which kept the car cool.

We had a wonderful stay at the house . It was perfect and the host was extremely helpful and communicated well . The house was immaculate and in walking distance to many beaches and restaurants. It had all of the amenities that you could ever want or need . The snorkeling equipment helped a great deal . Looking forward to returning next year !

Wonderful House

My family loved this house! Great proximity to a huge grocery store (super convenient) and only 5 minutes to the nearest beach. Tons of delicious restaurants in the area as well 👍 The house was clean, well furnished, and perfect for our needs! Thank you so much for such a wonderful time

Beautiful & Spacious

Property is as described, nice quiet neighborhood, close to markets. Clean & provided everything we needed. Really appreciated the use of all the beach chairs and snorkel equipment in various sizes. Definitely had plenty of nice beach and bath towels. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked very well.

A great spot in Aruba

Amazing place to stay and get away

The location is perfect for a get-a-way as it is convenient to many of the major tourist locations on the island, but slightly secluded, so that you won't be right in the thick of the touristy areas. The house itself is well-kept and comfortable. There is also plenty of space to entertain or stay in, should you be there on a day with bad weather or want to have a pro-longed trip.

Spacious home base for island adventures

Big house with lovely private courtyard that is also home to the sweetest hummingbird. Great neighborhood close to amazing beaches and convenient grocery shopping. Adding on the rental of ‘Big Silver’ was also a great way to explore the island!

Perfect for us

This place was great. Dad and son kiteboarding trip. Courtyard had lots of room for our gear. House was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Hosts were great and very helpful.

Overall it was a great house with everything we needed. It was a bit far from the beach and several of our excursions would not pick us up so we had to take taxis, which wasnt to bad, but sometimes we were waiting 30 mins for one.
