It is located in the bay D'Aspide surrounded by greenery and panoramic views - in a residential complex ideal for families. Due to the natural slope of the land there are both external and internal stairs: Access to the house is by means of a staircase that leads through a beautiful garden, and there are internal and external stairs that connect the two floors of the accommodation. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor is the large living room connected to the terrace and a kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning. The covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, making it ideal for outdoor meals and for your relaxation. ISA306 is located near the nature reserve of Porto Selvaggio, one of the most scenic areas of Salento. To visit: Santa Caterina (2 km) an ancient village with the 'Torre del Fiume di Galatena' and Santa Maria Al Bagno (2 km) with its city beach and promenade. Reserved parking. On request possibility for individual dinners at home. Some distances: Gallipoli (14 km ) and Santa Maria di Leuca (57 km) where you can stroll in the picturesque streets of the old town.
