This home is a single story nestled beneath giant oaks trees. Sitting on over 2.5 acres with a large fenced in yard. This home is located in a rural community just outside of Houston. North Alvin is primarily a sleepy farm community. This home is located near Froberg Farms. People come from all over to experience "farm life" picking their own strawberries, take part in the fall and Christmas festivals, or shop the fresh produce market. There is also a smoke house at Froberg farms which sells the best venison sausage!
It's an easy commute to get into Houston, the museum district, medical center (less than 26 miles) and only a half an hour to Hobby Airport. Its equally as close to the Galveston beaches.
