Our comfortable 80 m² apartment was rated 4 * by the DTV. It offers relaxation for up to 4 people and is located on the ground floor of a detached two-family house with 2 parking spaces in front of the house in one of the top locations in Überlingen.

On the large terrace and in the extensive, fenced garden around the house for sole use with trampoline, football goal and grill, you can spend pleasant hours in fine weather.

In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an extensively equipped and modern kitchen, a light-flooded living-dining room and a reading / play room for your relaxation.
Relax while reading, watching TV / DVD or just sitting on the sofa with some music.

You have just a few minutes' walk to the lake and the city center.
Shops for daily needs are also within walking distance.
A stop for the free-of-charge city bus is in the immediate vicinity.

Nice stay at Uberlingen

The appartment is very clean and very well furbished, with everything you can need. The homekeeper is very nice and gives you a lot of information to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Even if the appartment is about 20mn by feet from the towncenter, you can use free bus so it is quite convenient. Thank you for this nice stay!

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der geräumigen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. In der Nähe gab es mehrere Supermärkte für den täglichen Bedarf, eine Apotheke und sogar eine Kletterhalle in Laufweite, die wir an den regnerischen Tage gerne genutzt haben. Auch die für Familien hervorragend geeignete Therme in Überlingen war mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bei besserem Wetter hätten wir sicherlich den Garten mit Trampolin intensiver genutzt.

Wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der superschönen Ferienwohnung! Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit großem Garten und toller Aufteilung!! Die Straße vor dem Haus war sehr belebt, Lage gut, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus! Insgesamt auf jeden Fall absolut empfehlenswert!! war sehr befahren

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Überlingen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super, da es alles in der Nähe gibt. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alles was man braucht.
