In the cozy reading corner you can relax with a good book and end your day of vacation. The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a flat screen TV.

Meine Familie und ich haben den Urlaub in der Villa Eden, App 13 sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig. Der Strand und das Zentrum von Binz sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Die FeWo ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Lage ist optimal. Strand, Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Kann man mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen!

Aufenthalt war super aber nicht so sauber

Bei der Anreise wurde gesagt das man anrufen soll wenn man einchecken will. Der Anruf wurde sehr unfreundlich angenommen und man konnte eher einchecken als 16Uhr. Eine bessere Anweisung dazu würde dabei helfen. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war nicht so toll. Man hatte das Gefühl das vorher nicht gestaubsaugt wurde. Abreise lief alles gut, Briefkasten ist allerdings nicht gut ausgeschildert.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist sehr gut und modern eingerichtet. Nur zwei kleine Anmerkungen, die aber den Gesamteindruck nicht beeinflussen: ein Geschirrtuch im Wäschepaket wäre gut und die Toilettenbürste auf Sitzhöhe der Toilette ist ein bisschen zu hoch angebracht für die Wahrnehmung.

Sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns stimmte einfach alles, vom Empfang bis zur Einrichtung. Die Lage des Hauses an sich ist auch super, ein kurzer Weg durch den Kurgarten und man ist entweder am Wasser oder in der Hauptgeschäftsstraße, TOP!

Wunderschöne Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war nah zum Strand sowie auch zur Stadt und lag trotzdem in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Da wir das beste Wetter hatten, haben wir wenig Zeit dort verbracht, aber insgesamt hat uns nichts gefehlt.
