Nice apartment, good location

Nice, modern apartment. Good parking in basement. Qiuet surroundinigs. Close to center and beach. Difficult to find the place where to get the key. Had problems to pay due to technical problems at FeWo but this was solved.

Zentral gelegene ruhige Wohnung

Wir waren zu viert dort, davon drei mit eingeschränkter Mobilität (Stock, Rollator). Strand, Restaurants, Edeka und die Fußgängerzone sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem, die Terrasse liegt nicht an der Straße, sondern ruhig nach hinten und ist überwiegend schattig.und ist

Die Ferienwohnung 1.2 in der Residenz Margarete ist wirklich top! Moderne und gepflegte Ausstattung und sehr angenehme, ruhige Wohnlage. Viele Restaurants, die Strandpromenade, Geschäfte und ein Supermarkt sind direkt in der nahen Umgebung. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 👍😊

Eine Woche in Binz.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Durch die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage waren Restaurants, Geschäfte und die Seebrücke in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Wetter spielte ebenfalls mit. Also gerne wieder.

Geschenkte gemeinsame Zeit

Für unsere Eltern, beide über 90 Jahre, war es wohl der letzte Urlaub am Meer. Wir "Kinder" konnten die gemeinsame Zeit mit unseren Eltern sehr genießen. Die Zimmer mit Dusche, die Wohnung ansich, ist dafür optimal und liebevoll eingerichtet. Fahrstuhl, alles begehbar, ruhig, der Service, es war einfach alles top und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist auch optimal für junge Eltern mit Kindern.
