Bellissimo appartamento, vista stupenda. Anche se ubicato su strada molto trafficata non si sentiva alcun rumore. Unico rammarico è’ il parcheggio.

Nicht noch mal!

Bei Bezug der Wohnung wollten wir die Waschmaschine benutzen. Beim öffnen des Waschmittelfachs fiel auf, dass diese voller Schimmel war. Wir haben diese gereinigt und haben die Maschine leer zur Reinigung laufen lassen. Dabei ist die Maschine ausgelaufen. Das gesamte Bad stand unter Wasser. Da die Maschine ca. 30 Jahre alt gewesen sein muss, wurde sofort eine neue geordert, die am dritten Tag des Aufenthaltes geliefert wurde. Somit hatten wir drei Tage keine Waschmaschine, auf die wir jedoch angewiesen waren, da wir unsere Sportausrüstung täglich waschen mussten. Die Küche wies in ihrer Ausstattung starke Mängel auf und war so nicht für die Belegung durch vier Personen geeignet. Beispielsweise waren nur zwei Kaffeetassen vorhanden, wovon eine bereits einen Riss hatte. Schmiermesser waren nur drei vorhanden, Müslischalen waren ebenfalls nur zwei vorhanden. Alle anderen vorhandenen Tassen hatten die Größe von Espressotassen und waren für z.B. Tee nicht geeignet. Die Töpfe hatten teilweise verzogene Böden, sodass sie nicht ordentlich nutzbar waren. Eine gleichzeitige Nutzung der Dusche/Waschmaschine sowie des Backofens war NICHT möglich, da dann die Sicherung herausgesprungen ist. Wir mussten also zuerst alle Duschen um dann den Backofen nutzen zu können. Der Backofen hat die darüberliegende Ablage der Spüle so stark erwärmt, dass dort mühelos Butter geschmolzen werden konnte. Es bestand Verletzungsgefahr! Im Bad waren der Handtuchhalter abgerissen……..

gute Unterkunft fürs Skifahren

Haus liegt absolut zentral im Ort Campitello die Fassa, nur wenige Gehminuten (mit Skischuhen) von der Talstation der Gondel entfernt. Nachts, auch während der Ferienzeit kaum Störungen durch Straßenverkehr. Etwas hellhöriges Haus - wenn die Nachbarn nach Hause kommen - ist dies deutlich hörbar.

appartamento un po datato, lasciato a se, dimostrato anche dal fatto che sulla porta interna vi è un cartello che riporta una sanzione in lire e non in euro. in bagno ci sono 2 spazzolini per il water. posate e fornitura cucina scarse ( 4 forchette di numero e 4 coltelli tutti diversi di cui uno anche rotto). Non erano presenti secchi per la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. parcheggio non disponibile anche se indicato nel contratto "Parcheggio (numero posti limitato) presso la casa".
