This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has been completely renovated recently.…no stone has been left unturned, including a private, salt water heated pool!

Located on the North Beach side of Tybee Island in the historic Fort Screven District, you’re within walking distance to numerous activities, including beach access at Tybee’s North Beach, Jaycee Park, the Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach Grill and much more!

The first floor is an open concept, with the kitchen opening to the living room. The fully stocked kitchen is brand new and features quartz countertops, brand-new stainless-steel appliances and everything needed for cooking, dining and grilling. The living room has a comfy L-shaped couch and a 55-inch TV with DirecTV. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, 42-inch TV and a full, newly refinished bathroom with walk-in shower. In addition, tucked away on the first floor is a stackable high-efficiency Washer/Dryer. All bath towels and linens are provided!

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (with room-darkening shades on the upper windows) and another full, newly remodeled bathroom. The bathroom features double sinks, quartz countertops and a Shower & Tub. The home comfortably sleeps 8, though should you wish to bring a blow-up mattress you could fit up to 10. The bedroom breakdown is as follows:

--Bedroom #1 (Downstairs) – One (1) King Bed w/ a 42-inch TV.
--Bedroom #2 (Upstairs) – Two (2) Queen Beds w/ a 42-inch TV.
--Bedroom #3 (Upstairs) – One (1) Queen Bed w/ a 32-inch TV.

The back yard features a brand new 12’x22’ in-ground heated pool. The pool features an 18-inch deep water shelf, which is great for the little ones! There are four lounge chairs, four adirondack chairs, plus a table with four chairs and a gas grill. It’s the perfect getaway when you’re not at the beach.

Four beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a beach cart are provided for use at the beach at no additional cost. See photos.

Please note, pool heat is optional and available from March 1 through May 30 and October 1 through December 1 for an additional $50/day. Please reach out if you wish to inquire about other days, availability, etc.

Additionally, the home features high-speed WiFi, DirecTV and an Electronic Vehicle (EV) Level 2 Charger. All are available free for guest use. There is parking available for 3 smaller vehicles or 2 large SUV’s, with additional free parking less than 100 feet away.
