Enjoy Breck from this downtown townhome. Perfect location: 1 block from Main St. and 1 block from gondola. Ski-in via 4 O'clock Run or hike and bike on the trails behind the complex. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1200+sqft of space over 2 levels. Open living area with a sofa sleeper, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and covered deck. Master has king and attached bath. Guest bedrooms feature a queen and bunk room with 4 twins. Private 1 car detached garage. On-site communal hot tub.

Unbeatable location!
The property has a one-car private garage and one parking space in front of the garage and that is the only onsite parking available. Additional vehicles or vehicles that exceed the height or length of the garage will need to pay for overnight parking at a town parking lot.
Ski in via 4 O'Clock run and the Skyway Skiway which will take you to the back of the complex and just steps from your condo (pease note that this run may not be skiable in late season due to snow conditions). The unit is also a brief walk to the BreckConnect Gondola which takes you to the base of Peaks 7 and 8. Also at the base of the gondola is the Breckenridge Transfer station, with buses that can take you to Keystone or Arapahoe Basin for more mountain options or Frisco or Silverthorne for more shopping options. Additionally there is a free shuttle stop about a 2 minute walk away that can take you to the Base of Peak 9. Get more information at BreckFreeRide .com
Hiking and biking trails behind the complex will lead you on miles of scenery and views. Connect to the Peaks Trail and enjoy a fun downhill bike ride to Frisco and take the paved bike path back. Or hike up to Cucumber Gulch, a preservation area where moose often hang out.
Main street and the center of town is just one block away. Enjoy a quick lunch from Downstairs Deli or an upscale dinner at Briar Rose, the best steak in town, each just a minutes walk away from the condo. Plenty of shopping and ski rentals are also within a short walk.
The detached garage entrance is 7' high, 8'11" wide. Length of the garage is approximately 20'.
Simple, contactless check-in and check-out! We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.

Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
