We invite you to relax and feel good. Lovingly furnished, non-smoking apartment classified by the German Tourism Association with 4 stars. The nearby center invites you to stroll in nice shops and in the evening to sack in a good restaurant. Many destinations can be reached by bus and train, free of charge with the SauerlandCard. There is an attractive network of hiking trails around Winterberg that leads you through endless forests and sunny valleys. Hiking trails, the entrance to the Rothaarsteig, cross-country trails in winter, bus stop and the train station can be reached shortly. The apartment is on the 1st Floor. We have a playroom for the children. Our apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers, so we can not accept pets. We have been heating in an environmentally friendly way with pellets and solar since 2009. Very large non-smoking apartment with 65 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms, shower / toilet. In the bathrooms there is a hair dryer and various toiletries. A balcony can be reached via both bedrooms. A baby bed or a bed 90x200 cm can be delivered. The spacious hall is equipped with a cloakroom and a small seat. A modern kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave and electric stove / oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, water and egg cooker, sufficient dishes and cutlery and an electric grill are available. Separate dining area for 4 people, high chair can be delivered. The living area is optically separated from the kitchen and has a sofa set (2 and 3 seater), TV, DVD, stereo, telephone and various board games.

Super Ferienwohnung

Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in Winterberg. Für ÖPNV-Reisende nicht weit zum Bahnhof und zu Bushaltestellen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Tolle und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Für 4 Erwachsene war die Wohnung einfach perfekt. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört 1 Bad. Auf dem riesigen Balkon konnten wir die Sonne genießen.
