Wonderful 2 bedroom renovated, three level, solar powered Cape home in great neighborhood located in West Barnstable between exits 5 and 6 off route 6. The house is located half way in between the east and west beaches. Important - there is an attached apartment in which I will be staying with my two sons - 12 and 9 years old. The front yard and parts of the driveway are shared since that is the access to the apartment. The house was recently renovated and it features a large master bedroom with high ceilings. The full bathroom is a classic Cape style bathroom with a lot of light. The first floor has beautiful hardwood floors throughout and the upstairs and half finished basement feature a wonderful light colored carpet. All windows are energy efficient Andersen or Harvey. The lightning is energy efficient in its entirety featuring either cfl or led bulbs. The living room has a sliding door which leads to the back yard deck which is fairly large and it features a beautifully crafted metal table and 6 chairs. The deck also features a charcoal grill. Part of the deck is separated by a privacy wall and will be used by me and my sons. The back yard is fenced in and it is very safe for children. The property features premium energy efficient appliances - a large 2 door refrigerator, a new and modern full size Bosch dishwasher, an over the stove microwave, an energy efficient low water usage, low noise Electrolux washer and a perfect steam Electrolux high efficiency dryer. There is an area at the bottom of the driveway which I will be using to park my vehicle.
