Lounge with a book or enjoy swimming, kayaking, and low tide discovery walks. Explore the ''Cape's Best Kept Secret'' (MA Audubon trails), easily accessible at the beginning of the road. THIS IS TRULY ONE OF THE MOST MAGICAL PLACES ON CAPE COD, WHERE YOU CAN WATCH THE SUN RISE AND SET!

The cottage is newer construction and lightly used. It was the featured property in Homes & Land Magazine. The living room and kitchen/dining area are open concept with high ceilings. DRAMATIC VIEWS from most every room.

This is a cottage in "Cape Cod Village", a small group of free standing condominiums at the end of a quaint lane. The surrounding land is technically common space, but there are dedicated areas for parking, etc., along with a Common Green area, which is like a field and perfect for playing games or frisbee.
