Quiet neighborhood come stay a while and hear the birds chirp in the morning and see all the stars at night! Just a short distance to Starbucks for some morning fuel! Best location just a short drive to the beach! Extra clean because it matters!

Nice rental for a short stay

Studio attached to a home. You will be using the same entrance and may hear others go in and out. Very simple, and was good for what I required, a place to stay while flying in to ship items up north. Location is quick to downtown or beachside.

I booked and prepaid for almost a month. Pictures of The property appeared cute and clean online. However, the property is actually a very poorly converted carport/garage. The window air conditioner only kept the space in front of it cool. The rest of the place was hot. The tapestries on the wall attempted to conceal doors to other parts of the house that were not locked and odd electrical boxes. The glass slats in the windows and front door did not close all the way which let in bugs and moths and hot air. This also made the property not secure. An overall creepy cabin in the woods feel and smell. I left after two nights. I contacted the host and VRBO. The host refused to even give a partial refund. They kept the entire fee that I paid even though I did not stay there. Horrible. I do not recommend this property to anyone unless you like to overpay for a rustic carport.

Vrbo is not gd if u wld have an emergency that delayed ur arrival.

The building itself was ok.The issues I had were they advertised access to wifi which I did not have.Im glad I had my own portable wifi or I wldve had none.2 days with no hot water.I had to take cold showers.There was a very small microwave.No way to make anything to eat.The place was smaller than advertised.Tiny refrigerator..Not allowed use of washer and dryer,was told it was for the housekeepers use.If an emergency arises that u r delayed the first day,u lose that day.I paid for 5 nights,my stay was only 4.Requesting another night so u wldnt b out wat u paid was denied unless u pay more,calling it an Xtra night.Make sure u r there every night of ur vacation or u lose ur money.I lost $85.I will never book again with VRBO.

Hi Kathleen, I am sorry to hear about your flat tire. I cannot control that as a Vrbo host. I have high speed internet equipped with the highest speed which has gaming capabilities. I will be more than happy to provide you with the bill I pay each month that shows the active wi-fi in the home. As a host I am not responsible for renters who can’t figure out how to put the wi fi information into their smart phone or devices. I am not responsible to provide you with a “free night”. I am not a charity. I also don’t have a full kitchen listed, as I have a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker for added convenience. I also don’t have a washer and dryer listed as an amenity of the home. I did however say you could wash your clothes if you needed to. You departed the property at your leisure 6 hours after the stated check-out time. My housekeeper said there was no issues with the hot water. Also upon your departure you left the key in the door and the door wide open so the AC kept running for 12 hours as I had my housekeeper come back the next morning because you were still there when she arrived to clean. That was ridiculous for a grown up to act in this manner. This is not polite as I put lots of money and pride into my Vrbo and it hurts my feelings for you to speak of my home in this manner. The door should have been shut and locked, not left wide open upon your departure. This review makes my place look “ghetto” and it’s anything but that. It seems like your a bit “ghetto” and you should learn how to spell before you go and trash someone’s home and complain about it. I truly felt bad for you but I had another renter coming and I am not in the charity business I am a for profit and I provide a great vacation experience for my guest. This review really hurts my feelings. No one should ever trust you with their home. I have been a host since 2014. I have had the pleasure of hosting wonderful people. My apologies for your tire but that has nothing to do with my rental. You should remove your fake review as it’s not an accurate description of my rental.
