3 bedrooms and 2 baths furnished to sleep 9! Spacious, open concept townhouse with fully furnished kitchen, ready for you, your family, friends, and your one dog!

Plenty of free parking with assigned spots and guest parking.🅿️

**This townhouse is the only one that has a gate on the back patio area leading to the complex's common area with HEATED pool, shade structures, shallow area, charcoal grills, and restroom (open year round).
🪩This detail is our favorite for making pool time so much easier! Safety lock in place to ensure small kids can play out on the patio without worrying about them getting to the pool area without you!🛟

Nice townhome for a family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A bit further to the beach than we thought, but still close. Nice space for all the family to have alone time if needed. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool as well!

Lovely vacation home

Everything was perfect about this home. Couldnt of asked for a better stay. The owners really took in to account small necessities you'd need or may have forgotten like bandaids, ziploc bags, extra towels, washing detergent, shampoo/conditioner. I would definitely look into staying here again.

Wonderful stay!

The property was exactly what we wanted and hoped for. Plenty of room with close access to a warm pool. The walk to the beach was easy but it was also close to beach parking for my elderly in-laws who joined us for the stay. From start to finish our stay was simple and messages/questions were responded to quickly. This is one of the best VRBO rentals we've stayed at, and I would highly suggest this spot to anyone!

Our stay started a little rocky but the property owner rectified it quickly. She was very responsive to questions and helpful whenever needed. We never ended up using the pool, but the direct access would be great for anyone staying in this property. It was too hot to sit outside during our stay but we appreciated the beach towels and in unit washer and dryer.

We had an amazing time! Clean establishment, easy access to the pool (not having to worry about a key was a plus) and easy access to Whitecap Beach! Danielle is an amazing host and made sure we had all the information we needed before arriving and then messaged us after our stay to make sure we had a blast and just checking in! Mini Family Trip

We chose this property for our family mini vacation. It couldn’t have been more perfect for all of us. The communication prior and during from the host was timely. The condo itself was very clean and very spacious for a family of 7 adults to fit comfortably. The easy access to the pool was great. Everything was centrally located and the beach was either 2 block walk or a short drive. We really enjoyed our time at this condo and will definitely book again.

Birthday weekend

The unit was very clean and very nice. The pool was very nice. The only issue we had was entry into the townhome with the nine digit code to enter. We had a little difficulty with that but we’re a little older and not used to a lot of the modern technology. Usually four digit codes for places we’ve stayed before.

I’m so glad y’all had a great time! I’m sorry the longer code was a little rough. Finding a lock that does not get worn out from the sand has proven difficult, this one has been the best, but does have longer codes. There is a Bluetooth key option, but I never know if that is easier or more hassle. Next time we will try that!😁 thanks for coming to the island.

Labor Day Weekend Beach Trip

Listing is very accurate; location is close to the beach. This unit has great access to the community pool (directly behind unit) Communication with property manager was very prompt/ great. Only things that we didn't completely enjoy; the bedrooms were kind of small for the furnishes inside them. Furnishes in the living room were somewhat worn, and dining room table/ chars were very uncomfortable to sit at. Kitchen was well stocked with everything to prepare/ eat meals while there. Check out procedures were well explained & easy to do.

Convenient location with everything you need!!

We had an amazing time!! The location was great! we walk to the beach daily, just a short walk. The beach near by has a parking lot and bathrooms which was great with the kids. The townhouse exceeded our expectations! They had it stocked with everything we needed! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was plenty large to sleep our party of 10 comfortably! The access to the pool area was great especially with small children. The area was always clean and pool was heated which we were thankful for with the cooler temps while we visited. The host is very responsive and was one of the best we have dealt with! We will definitely come back to this rental!

Why they chose this property

Summer of 2022 we went on vacation on Padre Island and fell in love with the area. There was a townhouse for sale across from the one our whole family was staying in for the week. We knew we wanted to be a part of the great community we encountered while down there. The neighborhood and the people were amazing. Our townhouse is special because it is the only one with direct pool access out of our back patio area. We knew we had to have it. Pool time is so convenient with kids.

Our property is family owned and family ran. No management company to deal with! We try very hard to make your stay amazing and let you focus on family time. We get to share our home away from home with you, and we hope you feel as welcomed as family!
