Brand new house just minutes from Downtown South Haven and close to the Lake with private Beach access. Great for families. Finished in June of 2023, all furniture is brand new. Our South Haven House has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with an amazing outdoor space that includes a spacious front deck, backyard, firepit, complimentary wood and screened in patio. This South Haven House is located in a peaceful, quiet, rural, beautiful area and is only a few steps from the Beachfront of Lake Michigan with access to a private beach. Only steps from beautiful Lake Michigan and an amazing Beach view.

The first floor has master suite with private bathroom and King-sized bed, two additional bedrooms both with Queens and bathroom, with a Living room including board games, TV with streaming services and spacious kitchen and dining room will all the amenities. Upstairs is an additional Living room, great place for kids or needed additional private space with two bedrooms that both include a full and twin bed, full bathroom plus a queen pull out couch. Laundered bed linens provided, blanket and pillows provided for all beds.

Spend time in our outdoor space with a front deck with Lake Michigan only two houses away, a fire pit area with plenty of seating, screened in back patio with a brand-new gas grill right off the screened in patio with a spacious backyard.

Our South Haven house is the third house from the lake with access to a small private beach area via stairs (we provide a gate code) and a small tram (we provide a key). Due to the bluff erosion, it is a short walk to beachfront. We recommend one person loads all the beach gear and take the tram down and then others take the stairs. We also love to grab some bag chairs (4 provided) and watch the sunset at the bluff, the beach view is breathtaking.

We provide additional amenities such as toilet paper for all the bathrooms, paper towels, dishwasher soap, hand soap, garbage bags, dish sponge and detergent. We have a DVD player upstairs with over 100 DVDs to choose from as well as 2 Internet or WiFi options along with two TVs in the two living rooms. We also provide board games, bag chairs, spikeball, cornhole, ladder toss, beach chairs, beach blanket, YETI cooler, grill, complimentary wood and more!

Parking: We have a long, large driveway that allows parking up to four cars.

Kitchen and Dining room is off the Living room. Kitchen includes brand new stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Also includes all kitchen utensils and pots and pans. House also has central air conditioning and heat.

Off the kitchen and dining room is an area is a brand-new washer and dryer as well as an iron and steamer if needed.

House is 8 minutes north of downtown South Haven, close to North and South Beach, 15 minutes from downtown Saugatauk - Douglas and 30 minutes from downtown Holland. There's a Walmart, Meijer, Dollar Store and Menards about 8 minutes away.

I'm a responsive host and do everything I can to make sure you have the best experience possible. We are a family renting our own property and not a rental company, so we are readily available for every renter during their stay. Please feel free to message me with any questions. Some nearby activities less than 30 minutes away include: fishing, watersports, shopping, golfing, hiking, tons of wineries and breweries, skiing and snowboarding, cycling, and horseback riding! Your close to everything!

No pets allowed. We also prohibit any parties at the property. We are in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and have noise restrictions after 10pm. We ask that all renters are respectful of this and refrain from any noise disruption that might impact the surrounding neighbors.
