We offer multiple units at this property, all of them consistently designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While the style is consistent, the layout and view may vary by apartment.

We were given a room in building 1 the first night which is right next to Koval Lane and is very busy! The noise from traffic was constant and unbearable and I would not have given a good review for it. Thankfully they moved us to a much quieter building (building 6) for the rest of our stay. They even waived the normal fee they charge for switching rooms. The rental itself was clean and exactly as described with a great location next to the Sphere.

Great place to stay!

Know that this is a timeshare, but it has a great location next to the sphere, close to the High Roller and Linq.10-20 minute walk to the strip! We loved it, and appreciated staying close with no Casino to walk through.

Nice property and good location. Close to strip. On site convenience store had just about anything you might need. Room had plenty of space. Only issue was the stopper in one of the bathroom sinks got stuck and maintenance never came to fix it.

The property was clean and will maintained. The on site restaurant was pretty good and had decent prices. The room was great with lots of space and plenty of dishes and cookware. It was only a 20 minute walk to the strip (8 minutes with ride-sharing).

What a perfect place to stay in LV. All the comforts of home and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do on the strip. We rent VRBO's all the time and this was one of the cleanest ones we have ever rented. Such attention to detail. Much appreciated. Thanks!!

Had a blast!

Ended up on the second floor with a view of the Linq ferris wheel and the Sphere. I was there two days. My friend and I hung out on the patio in the evenings enjoying our view. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need for cooking—pots, pans, silverware, various types of glasses, wine opener, plates, a traditional coffee pot, water pitcher, etc. If you are going to cook you need to bring spices, oil, butter, coffee grounds, cream, sugars, napkins, can opener, etc. We walked to Treasure Island (30 minutes), Sphere (15 minutes), Linq ferris wheel and Flamingo. Neighborhood was safe. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. I think Bellagio is about a 30 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. The area is quiet and as others have said the onsite restaurant is okay. We had a late lunch there.
