Beautiful and spacious home off Main Street!
Fantastic newly-built bungalow. Nestled in a fascinating neighborhood of the Houston Independence Heights. Short drive to downtown, Minute Maid, the Toyota Center, the Medical center, museum district, NRG stadium, GRB Center. Three large bedrooms with queen beds, a private bath, and TV with free access to accounts for: Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, Apple TV+, Prime, and more complimentary during your stay. Primary bath features an oversized Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Cooks kitchen with gas "commercial type" range, stocked with almost everything a cook needs. Living room with cozy and oversized U-shaped sectional sofa seats 20, and even folds out to reveal a queen-sized Sealy mattress bed if needed. 70” TV. Outdoor patio features a beautiful oasis with its own large sectional sofa, dining area, 2 separate grills to choose from: charcoal and propane, and even its own 42” smart TV w/ a beautifully lit ambiance for your gathering. Kids love the entertainment options. Fully fenced yard, and code-access locked gate surrounds the property as well. Pets welcome. Highly-rated host/listing on Airbnb since Jan. 2022.
