Hello, thank you very much for your honest feedback. We're sorry that you experienced the support and on-site contact as insufficient. At the time of your stay, our property management was going through a transition, which unfortunately led to coordination problems and delays in support. This does not meet our standard for good guest service. We have now sorted everything out and are working to ensure that our guests always have a reliable contact person on-site. It's a pity that you happened to arrive during this transition phase. Thank you for your understanding, and hopefully, we can welcome you back for your next stay.
