Las Palmeras - Holiday home with pool in the Sitges vineyards

The holiday home Las Palmeras offers cozy, bright rooms in a quiet environment. The 700sqm garden with private pool is completely fenced and therefore ideal for a vacation with children and dogs. The fully detached house has two verandas that face the pool.

The location is ideal for walking, running and mountain biking with the extensive network of paths through vineyards and forest in the directly adjacent 12,000 ha Parc Natural del Garraf.

The living room, kitchen and bedroom face the pool and forest, while the bathroom and the second bedroom face the back of the garden.
One bedroom has a double bed, the other has a double sofa bed.

Even in summer there are pleasant temperatures for sleeping at night and there is always a gentle breeze during the day.

The kitchen is very bright and flooded with light and fully equipped: dishwasher, sink, stove, extractor hood, oven, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), refrigerator with freezer and water / ice cube dispenser, as well as a mixer, blender, toaster, kitchen trolley and much more.
A washing machine is in the storage room.
There is also the possibility to use the paella gas grill and the grill in the garden.

You can park your car in the shade under the carport on the property.

Towels and bed linen are included in the rental price.

It is about 8 minutes by car to Sant Pere de Ribes and around 12 minutes to Sitges. The Penedés wine region with its capital Vilafranca and numerous bodegas is also just 15 minutes away by car.
Barcelona El Prat Airport is around a 30-minute drive away.
Barcelona can be reached in around 40 minutes by car, and buses and trains run from Sitges.
There is also a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the house, from which buses run 2-3 times a day to Sitges, Sant Pere de Ribes and Vilafranca.
